My worst local resort experience!”
I am a frequent traveler and I've been to several resorts and hotels . I seldom write reviews but this one I cannot help but write one. I personally consider my stay in this hotel as the worst I have ever experienced. Here's why. 1.) Our Agoda booking for an overnight stay on March 05 was fully paid and already confirmed but when we arrived, we were informed that they had no room for us as all their rooms were already fully occupied. Please note that we left Manila at around 730am and due to heavy traffic (especially in Subic area), we arrived at the resort at around 145pm. We were already very hungry and tired. of the long travel. Then what? They were already fully occupied. 2. ) Their restaurant was still not operational. No other options. You have to bring your own food. And no welcome drinks, even just cold water, was offered to guests. Aren't they expecting many of their guests would be traveling for at least 4 hours to get to their place? 3. )The beach itself is still around 750m walk from the resort. You hace to cross the barangay road to get there. Anyway, the only saving grace of this resort, IMHO, is their very hospitable, patient and accommodating frontdesk lady. Kudos to her. That's all I can say for now. Thank you.
