Hotel comfortable. ”
Ambiance, pool, location.
Head Receptionist, very officious. When we checked into our double room she informed us that it was hotel policy that the room price only included one breakfast. We returned to Reception with our booking form stating that the double room included breakfast, and the receptionist on duty apologised and refunded the one breakfast that we had paid. On leaving, accompanied by friends, she came running after us and in a abusive voice accused us of using a tin of tonic water without paying. Luckily one of our friends spoke fluent mandarin and informed her that this was not the case. We checked our mini bar inventory on arrival and found that there were two tins of tonic water missing. We reported this immediately to reception. Her militant and abrasive manner was very off-putting. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean but there were stains on the bedroom carpet and also on the carpets in the hallway. The hotel has only been opened for a few months and if they do not get housekeeping on to small problems like stained carpets the hotel will not stay up to its 5 star grading.

handkerchief fine and taxi scam
My son dirted a small handkerchief with some dust off a plaster toy, which could be easily washed away. But that handerchief was left standing next to our sink for two days till we checked out while all other towels were changed every day. Then they said we should pay for that handkerchief because we had 'polluted' it! Another problem we had when leaving was about getting a taxi. At 6pm, the bell boys told us they were not able to get a taxi for us because it was peak hours. After waiting for a while at the lobby, one bell boy came in to take our luugage as some new customers just arrived in a taxi. But when we tried to get in, another bell boyjust stopped us, claiming that it was an airport taxi which was not allowed to take us to the local train station. We doubted it but was not able to check out with the driver. Then the bell boy kept saying it was peak hours, we would not be able to get a taxi, anf the traffic was so bad that it would take 40 50 min to get to the station. He was just pushing us to rent their car for 180 Yuan. Naturally we found the price far too high compared to 20+ for a taxi. The moment walked out of the door with our luggage, one other guy came to offer a 'favourable' price for us 50. As we were also a bit worried about the time, we took it. The truth was we could see vacant taxis in the street and it took 22 min to get to the station. We paid when we got there, no reciept, so we don't know eventually who would get this money. We know it is a pretty normal situation in China, just did not expect it at this China 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel for business trip”
New hotel
The room is comfortable, quiet and clean. However, I was quite disappointed by the service. I got the lowest price for the room I've booked(less than RMB) which means that we are located in another building (not far). I'm quite surprise that for this kind of standard I can feel being treated differently. For example, I can't request a non smoking room, the porter just showed me where the lift is and didn't even accompany to my room. Also, they switched on the music in the corridor every morning (7am) which is annoying for those who want to sleep a little bit more.

Problème : - Bruit de karaoke toute la nuit - et le matin, bruit de travaux de construction (chambre côté rue).. La clim était bruyante, bruit de casserole. La douche manque de puissance. Par ailleurs, l'hotel aurait pu être très bien.

我们打车到酒店,可是司机不知道酒店进口在哪儿,把我们在大马路旁边放了下了。 酒店的进口在第二层,在大马路旁下车,拖着行李从狭窄的汽车道上进入酒店,有些危险。客人进出酒店也得走狭窄的汽车道从平地到二层的进口。当初的设计实在存在着很大的问题。不知道有没有办法重新设计,让客人进出方便些。 我们是在网上订的酒店。网上的介绍说酒店有健身房,游泳池,spa等设施。到了酒店才发现,那些设施都还没开放让客人使用,非常失望。 虽然酒店有些问题。我们觉得总的来说还不错。酒店的工作人员服务态度良好,符合一流酒店的标准。酒店旁边就是大润发超市,三楼是美食街,买东西吃饭非常方便。

酒店还在试营业,还有些不足之处,比如电梯一直检修用不了;服务人员还有些生疏。。。但是服务态度是非常好的。 房间也很舒服,从床被到智能化系统,就是没有大的淋浴,在西安的夏天比较难受
