Although we walk out into the corridoor in the morning with smell alike cigarette smoke (we can't stop the neighbours from smoking can we), the staff were all very courteous and friendly. Loved the free shuttle service to the Taoyuan International Airport, it was a very private and peaceful experience in a taxi. Furnishings and interior design of the hotel was wonderful! Replacement and topping up of the room items everyday, with the option of " do not disturb" if we didn't want them coming in. Can always call the reception when we would like to clarify anything at all. The receptionist even came all the way up to our room to configure the issue late in the night when we found that our water kettle may not be working. Thumbs up for the 1 week stay here! Really close to the railway station too!

Me, my sister and my nephew stayed here last December 2018 -January 2019. I work for a Hotel in the Philippines as a Duty Manager and as a Hotelier I would recommend this hotel :). This is a clean hotel, spacious rooms and nice people. Staffs can understand and speak English decently. :) Kudos! Breakfast is also delicious! Staffs from the restaurant are nice and helpful also. :)

Stayed with my daughter for 1 night. The facilities in the room seems new and very clean. The room is of reasonable size and bed was very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and cheerful. It is just a short walk from the TaoYuan train station. It’s a great place and great value for money. Will definitely stay again if we come to Taoyuan.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located at 2 minutes from the Train Station,one bus ride from Taipei International Airport. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, new split aircon, good hot water, good cable and wifi. Average breakfast with very good coffee. All around great value. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent. Near malls, restaurants and right next to a computer store. The rooms are very clean. Front desk staffs are friendly, provides instructions on how to use faucet. Breakfast buffet is the best, lots of choices. Value for your money. Hotel also provides free shuttle to the airport by schedule.

Due to the our home bound flight is early is the morning, so planned to stay near Tao Yuan district for our last night. The hotel located in the city and very convenient to get foods and so on. Staff are very friendly, and they also packed our breakfast for us to bring it to the airport . Room are comfy, clean and well equiped.

This should be my third stays at this hotel. The staff is the best which you cant even find in some of the 5 star hotel. Doris and others are so helpful and sincere to make things happen for everyone.They are really profectional. Do not believe in me but experiance it by yourself. Even though we got in at 3am; the front staff were so kind to us and even let us check-out one hour later. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was clean. Great location next to the metro and not that far (with an uber) from the airport.

Very clean hotel, great customer service and they speak english. They even give instruction how to use the faucet. Location is excelllent as it is situated right beside, across food places, malls and stores. Bus stop is just few minutes. Breakfast has lots of varieties.

Near to train station and 3 big shopping Malls. Rooms are clean and staff friendly and helpful. I left my mrt card and a teaspoon in the room on check out and I was alerted to it. Breakfast was not desirable but there are plenty of food choices outside.

A very convenient and nice hotel”
This hotel is just 5-8min walk from Taoyuan Train Station. Convenience stores, shops, restaurants and banks are located around it. Breakfast was okay and the room was tidy and clean.

Second time staying here. Was supposed to stay in one of the Hedo Hotel in Taipei but was fully booked. I just love their breakfast, the food selection is almost the same everyday but still OK. Affordable price and their rooms are spacious. They also provide free shuttle but I wish they had more schedules especially for night time travellers. I hope they add that time slot.

Location was good, only 20 mins away from airport and surrounded by amazing street food stalls. Although the washroom was small, it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Best Hotel in Taoyuan”
I had an amazing time here. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel was so close to the subway and the bus station. The shuttle bus to the airport was an awesome plus as well. I would stay here again if I’ll be coming back to taiwan.

The hotel is conveniently located in the area surrounded by heaps of food stores, convenient stores and hair saloons. The hotel provides a good selection of breakfast and free shuttle services at 6.3am and 12.30pm daily. I will definitely stay in the hotel again if I’m back in Taoyuan.

The hotel is Just about 200 metres away from the taoyuan train station. And there is a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed one night there to catch our early flight the next day. The staffs even prepared breakfast to us and we brrought to airport. Highly recommended!
