Good location for traveling, near by BTS (only 5 minutes from Phaya Thai by the shortcut), near by Pratunam market and a lot of 7/11. The staff is friendly, helpful, nice and speak English well. The room was clean, big beds and modern. I will stay here for next trips.

Hotel provides free transport from/ to hotel to / from Parthunam main road, laundry etc. Staffs are friendly. Learn some basic Thai language will be more helpful to communicate with some of the staffs who weak in English. Overall nice stay, excellent service.

The location is good. The problem is that the staff did not help guide to the room. When I asked for tidy the room, they just prepared the bed but not cleaning up the floor at all which I can tell from the hair that still left out on it.

A great place to stay, clean and quiet rooms. Buggy car rides to 3 locations around the area. Walking distance to the metro (BTS) station and around 15 minutes away from high end shpping malls.

I think the hotel is amazing for the following reasons: 1. Provide 24 hours shuttle from hotel to 3 specific points (as the hotel is located a bit inside in the alley and slightly further from the Main Street); 2. Daily room cleaning; 3. Clean and new; and 4. Friendly and helpful staffs. The cons is that it is far from Phaya Thai BTS station, like 15-20 mins walk away, not convenient with luggage. Would be great if shuttle can reach this BTS as well.
