Clean, comfortable, in a quiet area and a short walk from the mall. Beautiful neighbourhood and my room had a sea view. Blissful sunrises and beautiful sunsets.

Not bad as a B&B as we needed to be in that location. But some constructive pointers: We were put in a room with a queen size bed which was too big for the room firstly. Secondly the curtains by the sliding door were too short for the window. No toweling racks in the bathroom and when people drove into the gate at night our room was like a disco. Noises coming from the pipes were really irritating and the shower taps in the bathroom could have really burnt you badly. I did complain the next day and the staff came to me and said that they could move us upstairs which was awesome. Due to Covid I understand that things have changed but the place could really do with a bit of touch up. You could not get food or drinks at the hotel which in my opinion is a revenue stream. Even if they had a fridge where you can get a cooldrink or water would have been welcome. Maybe with restrictions not being so bad now they could jack up this B&B.

Things to improve, Reception, welcome area is not clean n you don't know where to go as you enter. There is definitely a lot of movement from staff, which I think is a family run business. Too many people going up and down. Not good for relaxing.. Just use for 2 days sleep and out.

There was tòo much noise at night”
We booked as couple for our quiet and peaceful time to ourselves. During our stay some girls were having a party upstairs, the security failed to control their noise even to ask them to close their doors so that their noise would be controlled inside but nope we had to bear all the noise throughout the night and guess who waked us up in the morning? Same noise down the pool area, the girl were so inconsiderate of other people booked in. I was very disappointed and i guess i expected much from you due to neighbourhood you situated in. Staff at reception was very friendly and welcomed us very well.

The overall service I received was very bad”
I was just not happy with almost everything. Starting from reception, I stood outside as there was no one to welcome me. I felt like I was in a wrong place. My room had hanging tv cables, no fresh milk. Only one broken coffee cup in my room, and there was no glass. My reception happened outside while I was standing in the yard. There was just no professionalism.
