Helpful and friendly staff. Although the room has ants and in one of the bedrooms the bed sheets needed replacing. The place is okay for one or two nights.

Personnel polite and friendly, got some free upgrades regarding the rooms and checkout time was extend till 5 pm for free , thanks again Tasik Jogja !!

Staff was very polite and helpful, they can service foreign travelers.
Some good experience , free upgrade of room they keep the family together at the same floor. Checkout at 5 pm for free,
Some minor points, breakfast was sometimes less.
Overall a great time at Tasik Jogja
