Exceptional”
Just went there with the family, we rented 4 raft rooms. This is a wonderful place and if you enjoy nature this is definitely the place to stay at. Such a wonderful change from all those hotels with no personality! Service was very attentive, the rooms were very clean. We also had some food right by the water and it was also a great experience. Will definitely stay again!!!

Friendly and patient staff. A bit difficult to communicate with them as they couldn't understand English. But we used Google translate to solve this. Anyway very appreciate for their service. Great location and valuable accommodation. Help to rent the car when we requested to go around the city. Nice to take picture within Hotel compound.

After Covid situation, They were closed for 3 months and everything seem broken and need renovated ”
We arrived after 2 pm. room still not ready, when they took us to the room we booked, toilet was very derty, look like not cleaned yet, used towel hanging and floor was dirty, I took pictures to show to the staff at reception, He has changed room for me but still not really clean room, no drinking water in the fridge, It could be understand after they have no customer for 3 months but if not ready shouldn't open.

Neither natural enjoyment nor comfort was obtained. The fence had a bare steel frame. There was air conditioning in the room, but the operation noise of the outdoor unit was annoying. And there was a bar next to our room, the noise of the refrigerator there was loud, so I needed ear plugs to go to bed. There were a lot of ants in the room and we needed to get rid of it.

Not a Resort At All”
I arrived and was greeted by name. Staff watered extremely nice. Went to room, it was locked and not cleaned. Staff sad I had to wait because they didn’t know I was coming as they don’t view Agoda reservations. I argued, they found a another room. It had showers curtains as window drapes, ants all over, even large ant mounds in the bathroom and on the wall. I had to buy ant spray. No water, food was over priced, like B300 for fried rice. No staff available, no cleanliness. I talked with manager who manages from Bangkok. Staff complained that he is the son oof a rich man and only collects the money. He appeared very lazy to me and uncaring of the customer. I left a day early could not stand it. Beware. The other reviews That showed 4 stars are fake, even staff said that.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff”
This small hotel, around 20-30 rooms, is not close to the town, making a very quiet and nice environment next to the River Kwai in Sai Yok area. The hotel staff/owner is very friendly and she will check with us if we know the way, after we gave a call to her at the early morning of check-in day. We asked the hotel to prepare the dinner and the hotel make the food very well. They are also very helpful to prepare for us the ice and allowed us to bring our own alcohol without charging extra money. The breakfast included in the room is just a simple one, and it is acceptable for a low-cost hotel As the hotel is close to the natural environment, I suggest you all to bring along a mosquito spray in case you are sensitive to mosquito. Besides, it is suggested to prepare your own car as there is no public transportation around. Nearly nothing you can do for killing the time around the hotel area. One thing I would like to remind you all that there are no TV and refrigerators at those raft rooms we stayed.

This is a hotel where your room is on float! It is built on a raft. If you get motion sickness maybe you want to avoid, as there's boats going pass. The resort provided a service where they float you up the stream (there is wet raft where this is attached to the bigger raft), the bigger raft is where you sit and enjoy the atmospheres. There is also jet skie available for hire. This can only be ride at the front of resort, as there others accommodation in the surrounding area. With this, the jet skie causes a lot of waves disrupt people on the raft. We do not recommend this for children, as the water current is very fast. However, a life jacket is available.

1 night at Tayan's VIP room”
The view was very good. The location was awesome. The room was nicely decorated. However, the practicality of the utilities in the room is poor. The shower hose was too short and it was also leaking. Many things were leaking. The bath tub and the sink was leaking. There are sediments dropping from the ceiling on to the bed. This was unknown until late at night while we are sleeping. It scared the $h#t out of me since the sediments dropped onto my face at around 3am and did not stop since then. Despite the need of maintaining the rooms, the service is really exceptional. There is also a free water rafting service which was really fun. The food was great and you get to eat it on the raft. Overall it was quite a pleasant experience.

Tayan Resort and no spa”
We stayed one night. The rooms were basic, I have stayed in 1* that are nearly as good. The breakfast was below average. This is a typical Thai owned resort, falling apart due to negligence. There is no spa but a decent pool though all the decking is rotten, very dangerous. Rooms are basic but clean, nice touch with the hammocks outside. Bathroom was very drab indeed. To alot of people this would be paradise but it is very expensive for what you get. I would give it a 2*, price should be about 700 baht. I would not go back or recommend it. Under better management it could a decent place. The girl on reception is doing a good job but the place needs a complete overhaul, I had a resort on Koh Chang.....I know what I'm talking about.
