Can be good & better,not very clean. And booking check in with agoda 1pm, went there the reception said check in time is 3pm.

Good location, just walking to Pantai Teluk Cempedak, affordable price but a bit smelly at the toilet and the room just simple without table and cupboard, maybe the owner can provided a mini fridge in the room, it's my suggestion

I booked this place for my colleague. The came back complaining that the toilet door does not have a knob and part of the toilet is left unfinished from their last restoration. They suspect that their room is just above the septic tank and the toilet stinks real bad throughout the night.
