First impression walking into this building is that the stairs are exhausting to go up, but they do have security cameras and password locks for every room. I stayed in room 6 on the 2nd floor and room 10 on the very top floor (4th floor) for this booking so the positives and the negatives can be specific to one room but not the other. Negatives : -Room 6 has only 1 small window very high up facing the hallway and I notice a camera right across, I am not sure if it can see into the room or not, but from the bathroom doorway, I can kind of see the camera through that window. Let's assume that it does not look into the window, there is still a bathroom next to room 6, and it looks like room 5 at the end of the hallway have to leave their room and use it. This is a thing for 1st floor until 3rd floor. -Downstairs, there is a shipping business so sometimes you can hear the sound of tape ripping and since the building makes an echo you can hear. It wasn't terrible but I just had no idea what that sound was for the first 2 days. The rooms and the doors look like they are soundproof but they are not. -Trash you cannot get rid of your own. When I asked the staff who lived there in room 8 where I could put my trash, he pointed at a small trash can in the corner of the room and said he will take care of it when I leave. Most humans produce 2 times that tiny trash bin in a day so by the end of my stay, trash piled up in big Ministop bags. I would like to clean up my own trash but it seems like not an option here. -The floor is kind of dusty. They have 2 sandals in the room, signaling that the floor is potentially dirty. I would like to live in a room where the floor is swept at least. -If you have heavy luggage and you booked room 10, it's a workout for your legs. I walk and walk a lot for my jobs carrying heavy items, yet walking up and down from the 4th floor to the ground floor is something else. Những điều mình rất không thích 1. toilet không có quạt gió k có cửa thông gió làm bí bách, hận hực, rất khó chịu 2. Không có nước suối, không cà phê, không có ly (tách) để uống nước 3. Giường nệm chất liệu cũ, bị cấn các cục nằm bị đau lưng 4. Nước tắm thì rất nóng hoặc lạnh, không có nước ấm. 😭😭 5. Không có thang máy đi bộ từ tầng trệt lên tầng 3 chưa kể xui book tầng 4 là ở phòng luôn khỏi nghĩ đến việc đi xuống

14h check in mà 15h bên KS chưa dọn phòng, hẹn lại mình 16h30 quay lại. Bạn Hotline báo có thể cho đồ lên phòng trước thì bọn mình ok, mà nv báo nhầm phòng khách đang ở cho bọn mình nên khi vào còn đồ đạc của khách khác. Phòng nhỏ và hơi bí. Mong các bạn có thể khắc phục để đón khách chu đáo hơn.
