Great place. ”
This was a great place to stay. Quite area and a comfortable bed. My only issues were it’s not in the main area of Paihia, there’s no where to eat close by so you have to be willing to walk 20-30 mins to get to nearest restaurants and cafes. Also, information book said WiFi details were on the tv panel but I couldn’t find them and because I was out the majority of the day there was never anyone in reception for me to ask when I got back.

Pow's visit to Paihia”
Clean and tidy. Hotel staff friendly and helpful particularly as the weather was testing all our patience. View from upper balcony was disappointing over looking a supermarket car park. There was some early morning disturbance from deliveries coming in. May be the management could plant more trees to screen that off a bit more. The motel is well placed to enjoy all the amenities in the area particularly if you have your own transport. Overall very satisfied.

Small motel with big rooms and big comfy beds!! Good kitchen facilities but could do with a little more in bowls etc. Countdown right next door which makes cooking your own meals easy. Perhaps reception should have a small selection of necessities available for a small fee eg paper towel, gladwrap, oil, saltvnd pepper - things you only need a little bit of and dont want to.buy a whole toll or jar of.

Lovely stay for two nights ”
Close to the water with big, very clean room. Pool was a good size and clean. Staff here are super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The walk in to Pahia is around 10 minutes, along the beach and not strenuous. Would 100% stay here again!

Not what it seems”
Yes this place is cheap BUT the room I stayed in had mould on the net curtains. It was old but I didn't understand why they hadn't been changed. When I went to use the kitchen facilities there were old chips in a bowl and another bowl had simply been placed on top which made me suspect the cleanliness of all of the dishes. I ended up going to countdown to buy disposable utensils. The bathroom shower was old and had black grime in the gaps between tiles so I didn't use it at all. I was also not greeted by any member of staff and the office remained empty for the two days I stayed. I had to call a number to figure out how to get into my room. The location is very close to Waitangi grounds and Paihia so that was brilliant and the countdown is literally next door. While I don't expect super fancy I did expect at least a basic level of clean and some customer service. I would not stay here again.

Easy and convenient. Right next to the supermarket, close to Waitangi and not far from the beach. The rooms and well sound proofed and clean. Fantastic and modern bathroom. The Kitchen was a little dated but significant.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, welcoming staff, sky TV with sport, news and movie, 10min walk to town, slightly noisy road in front unit, great pool, friendly welcoming staff. No kitchen sink in my agoda room but enjoyed visit, would recommend and stay again

I only had one night here but check in and out was easy. Comfy bed, very clean, tidy and you couldn’t get any more closer to countdown if you tried ! It was SO handy. I’d stay again.

It would have been good to have a kitchen sink which is something that can’t really be changed. We would have liked to have had a bar of soap in the bathroom. There was also no alternative to tea and coffee like hot chocolate.

很棒的住宿”
旅馆就在coundown隔壁，公路旁边，离派西亚小镇走路十几分钟。订的是双卧室房，带厨房，设施完善，后院还带游泳池。只是烟感探测器非常灵敏，做了几个简单的菜就报警了。
