Owner should be more present if you need a few things and speak better english but that was ok for me i speak thai A little bit far from the beach. Facilities not far, 7/11, laundry, restaurants etc closed

Check-in by 5:00!!!”
In these difficult times, limiting the check-in to 5:00 is hard to understand. Shouldn’t you make it easier, not harder, for your guests to come. After a long drive, I arrived at 6:30 in Kamala but found myself without a room since the check-in was already closed. I tried to call, I even offered to drive to their office for the keys, but nothing worked. And to make things better, I’m being charged a no-show. Well done!

Light and spacious room but noisy at front”
We stayed in one of the rooms at the front of the property facing the main road. Whilst the room was delightful, this meant that there was quite a bit of both noise and light pollution throughout the night. Not so great value either considering breakfast is not included, but I think that’s quite common in Kamala.

The room was clean and had sufficient facilities. The place is just 300 meter from 7-Eleven and 400 meter from the main road.

15 - 20 minute walk from beach, very close no need to rent a scooter, just gotta cross the main road which wasn't bad. Laundry down the street, restaurants, food carts. Booking was an extension from another reservation. Actually wanted to stay longer but they were sold out.

Goodside: - New and nice decoration, big double bed, was enough space for my husband, me and 13 months baby. - Clean - Around has options for a restaurant, pharmacy, and coffee shop. - Easy check in and out. Downside: - Not close to the beach. - The front room has received a lot of sun and heat during the day.

Terrible!”
Not clean room: bogeys at the wall, cellotaps from information sheets at the wall and many other .......; towels with hard wax on it. The staff (old Thaiwoman) understand nothing. She used a translation software at her laptop or she calls an english speaking woman with her smartphone. After two nights I left this .... (I dont't know the right word for this house) ! I made pictures or all what I wrote!

Very very nice little thai hotel”
Super clean place. Friendly staff and english speaking. Large room with comfy bed and everything you need. Very good wifi. Located 10 min. walking from the beach. Execellent job!!!

Nous avons réservé cette chambre pendant notre road trip en Asie. Il est parfait pour les petits budgets. Chambre propre et assez bien équipée. Elle est 2km de Kamala Beach Mai’s vous avez qq commodités à côté de la chambre. En revanche ne vous attendez pas à avoir du personnel ou qq à qui demander des renseignements, la réception est toujours déserte. Mais ils sont très réactifs par mail.

très bon rapport qualité prix , chambre avec petit balcon , climatisation, très propre, lit confortable !! la dame en plus est adorable et elle cuisine très bien pour un petit prix . l’hôtel est proche de tout , location scooter pt restaurants , et vendeurs de jus de fruit , la superette 7/11 et surtout la plage !! kamala beach est tres sympas et beau coucher de soleil ! pour la chambre, nous avons eut la chambre donnant sur l’arrière ( sur la nature) ,et avec les grande fenêtres c’est simplement parfait et très tranquille. chambre 22 !! je vous la conseille :)
