We came to stay because of the power outage and the staff was amazing. GOOD JOB!”

The restaurant and bar was amazing and they did a wonderful job to get everyone feed. The manager of the bar Charles was so on point it was nice to see. Love the new GM too!

Property was in good shape and clean.
Reception at check-in was unfriendly. Receptionist was unwilling to provide information...other than stating that all I needed to know was in the little folder holding my key card. Come on! A little verbal responsiveness would go a long way! Disappointed that in spite of being a very nice property, one poor customer service encounter....sours my opinion of property.

The location. They accommodated my request to check out an hour later.
Their elevator was not working, my room was at the end of the hallway on the 2nd floor and I was not given prior notice. I was having some knee pain and was there to have a nice overnight stay, would have appreciated a heads up so that I could have cancelled my booking . It would have been nice if they gave me a little discount for the inconvenience but they never offered anything.

It was more of a bar motel, people were packed like sardines, but the pool was closed.”

There was no complimentary breakfast, which is disappointing, but doable.
That the pool was closed due to covid, yet other motels in the area, pools were open. We had kids plus would have liked to soak in a hot tub, extremely disappointed because of this. Would have chosen another hotel if we would have known.

Worst Place Ever”

Room was excellent, clean, comfortable and walk in bathroom fantastic!
When we got to motel and paid... they told us pool was closed, I brought my family to this motel because it said POOL... kids where very unhappy. So we decided to buy them food and bring it up to the room for the whole family from the fancy looking kitchen! I got them all chicken Alfredo and I got The Cajun Chicken long story short they where all nasty chicken alfredo including mine, there was no Cajun chicken. I brought my food down to correct the mistake and they said there is not difference between the two, I paid twice as much money for the same amount and thing as a 6 dollar kids meal. Then..... we went down at 9pm to play at the casino and they closed early. I have never had a worst experience in a motel, this place is a rip off, they should tell you ahead of paying that there is no pool.

It was close to Caribou Coffee.
1. The elevator didn’t work. We were put on the 4th floor (hockey team). Our team mom had to carry all the food she made for us by herself no help given by staff or offered. 2. Pool wasn’t working. 3. If you wanted to eat breakfast we had to go to the other hotel. 4. Charged us over $300 for a room that we used. The parents cleaned the room, emptied the garbages. 5. Paid over $100 for a room .... when I went to the front desk the staff didn’t care. Just said she will inform management. If all of this is going to go wrong for a hotel the least they could do would be comp the room so the teams can be together especially if they are doing the cleaning of the room. Do better!

The room was very clean. The hotel staff did come make the beds and pick up the dirty towels the next day.
The cracked and broken title in the bathroom. I know that it takes time to fix this but they do need to make it a priority.
