Good Staff, good Bed, Near Train Station.”
Really hard to find for the first Time, i Suggest anyone looking for this hostel to Take Commuter train from Gambir Station to JakartaKota Station, or take any City Bus to Kota, then from the road site u can see signBoard "Teduh Hostel" (5-10 Min walk from JakartaKota Stasiun), see google mpas please,, everything was good especially the ladies staff, but for the breakfast not so good (only Bread) and i recommend prepared some Basic fried noodle/Fried Rice/Sandwich (at least Small Portion and deliver to eveyone in the hostel), u guys can ask the guest maybe day before whether they need the breakfast or not, its not cost too much i guess and nothing to waste. the location is really good bcoz near Commuter station, easy to get an idea where u should start your journey. the location is worst at night after 8pm, there no shop open nearby but u can get KFC/A&W restaurant & indoMart at Commuter Stasiun. (but i not Recommended u guys walk at night in Jakarta), try to get what ever u need before 8PM.. will love to stay again when i in Jakarta.. Regards.

4 nights stay in Teduh Hostel I've booked in Teduh Hostel just 3 days ago and so far, my friend I are enjoying our stay here. It's not just because the price is cheap but also because of the friendly and understanding staffs. You can also meet, talk and make friends with other nationals. The place is clean and the room is air-conditoned. They offer free breakfast, and unlimited coffee and tea. To those coffeeholic out there, this is a great place for you to stay! You can also cook your own meal if you miss the food at home. This is really a friendly place for you to stay during your vacation!

Good value for money”
I stayed at the Teduh Hostel for one night. It is located in walking distance Jakarta's old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Wifi works well. The rooms are a bit cramped, but clean. Since the hostel is located in a small side alley, my taxi driver couldn't find it when arriving from the airport. If you take a cab just let them bring you to Kota train station and ask there for directions yourself.

PERFERCT PLACE FOR THAT VALUE OF MONEY!”
Teduh is a really great place to stay with that amount of fee they charge. You can get almost every basic thing you need to stay in short period or in long but doesn't required any special fancy things like hotels. They provide clean, quite, and comfy room + bed for your rest time. Bathroom is super clean and quite big for a hostel. Also you can have your own breakfast from cereal to fried toast with a very low honesty charge. The crew is super nice. I left my shampoo etc and they send it back to me within ours without any fee. What a service for a low cost hostel! In summary, Teduh Hostel will be my main options for value stay in Jakarta. Keep up the good work guys!

Nice capsule hostel, staffs are helpful and friendly, great location near to Kota Tua Fatahillah Square and Jakarta Kota Train station. Bed is big and clean, just the bed above is too high to reach and it is a bit dangerous to climb up. Request for lower bed if possible.

All was as expected. A little hard to find, but if you arrived at night, enter from Jl Pinangsia Raya instead of through Jl Pintu Besar Selatan. Clean place, friendly staff, close to Stasion Kota from where you can take commuter train, which is cheap, comfortable way to commute in Jakarta. Close to Kota Tua, a historical place with museums. I will be gladly stay again at this place.

The staff is really helpfull. I go to some festival with almost guest at this hostel. We going together with the owner of teduh hostel. Thats amazing experience. But there's no minimarket near by. So you must walk 10 minutes, going to inside the jakarta kota train station to find the minimarket.

BEST HOSTEL EVER”
I love everything about this hostel. Location is superb! Walking distance to Kota Tua. Easy access to everywhere. Free coffee and tea all day which is fantastic. Good wifi. Clean. Most importantly feels like home. I love the staffs. Very friendly and helpful especially Donald, Firman and the 2 Girls. Worth every $$! I will come back to this hostel whenever Im in Jakarta.

Very nice, clean Hostel - great place to stay!”
This Hostel has very kind and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, clean toilets and shower and a nice but simple breakfast. There is also a social area with chairs, TV (good for football), books, games etc. Right next to Kota Station and close to a big square with nice street food and a little night market. It's easy to get around Jakarta from here - as "easy" as it is in Jakarta ;) I really enjoyed the stay and i met very nice people to spend the stay with in the first hour I arrived :)

best option for hostel”
the pod really comfortable, have curtain to keep our privacy. they have big locker on the bed to put our belonging. this hostel is generally clean, but i am not sure for the cleanliness of the pod because i found several hairs on it. the bathrooms are clean and have hot water, but make sure to bring your own toiletries because they didn't provide it when i stayed there. the location is close to kota tua, just walking distance, but the neighborhood is in the middle of warehouses, a bit unpleasant. beware if you arrive after 6pm because you have to use the back door. so far, it's one of the best hostel in Jakarta (especially the pods) and best option if you're looking for cheap accommodation in Jakarta.

Boutique hostel in the midst of Jakarta”
Great brief stay at the hostel. Staff Doni and Linda were uber friendly and helpful Indonesians who seem to enjoy their work. Wifi connectivity was great, it's a small hostel with 22 beds within one room but they have a pod concept so you get privacy especially with the curtains. It is opposite Kota station so great train and bus connectivity. Clean bed and hot showers too.

FRIENDLY STAFF & QUIET ”
I spent my 4 days and 3 night in Jakarta for friend's wedding and I have no plan what to do at all in Jakarta. Staffs are really helpful and thoughtful to suggest places to visit and food to try on. The location also very convenient and near to visit the museum around (I love museum!). God! There are more than 4 museums to visit and it was walking distance. And if you are a museum lover, you definitely love this place. Also, there was enormous street food to try on along the museum and I really enjoyed the "Telur Gulung", "Mie Ayam", "Bagador Ikan" and "Satay Padang". Please give a try on Grab Bike and Gojet. It's like Uber but you ride a motorcycle. I enjoyed the moment I got stuck in traffic jammed (Jakarta famous with) and the rider was trying his best to escape. I totally going to miss that. It was fun and thrill memories and I'm glad I made the unplanned vacation to Jakarta. Oh! I am a girl from Malaysia and I feel safe in Jakarta city. No worries ladies!

Really comfortable beds,good facilities (maybe showers without so much water),clean. Good WiFi,big lockers (more than 60L backpack volume),nice breakfast, cold water to refill your own bottle,coffee and tea 24/7. Staff really helpful and friendly. Location is great,close to Kota ,best area of Jakarta in my opinion. Maybe little bit far from the city center (Monas,National Museum...) aprox.1h walking. The only thing,a but expensive,but maybe it was because it was ester.
