The new wing charges higher rates but uses the overcrowded and not so clean facilities, e.g. gym an swimming pool, of the old wing. The breakfast is one of the worst for a five stars hotel.

It is a nice trip to stay in Tempus Hotel Da-Dun. It is newly decorated. However, the elevator is a little small. The front desk was confused with another Agoda user to provide two identical rooms for 4 people. Thank god for my understanding to prevent another customer's arrival without room.

Tempus Hotel has two block and I live in the newly open one, it's nice but if you want to do Spa or go swimming, you should go to the older block or else you will have to walk back and forth across the street to enjoy the facilities

the hotel is located in the taichung city so it is convenient for ppl going out... there is convenient store opened 24 hours next door... lobby is bright and clean, service is excellent, you dont need to worry anything, they will fix if have any problem... the room is simple but big enough to stay and there is a balcony in the toilet even though cannot be opened but view is good and makes you feel fresh... the choice of breakfast is not much but food is delicious and fresh, already good enough... definitely will choose it again if going again in the future

A great place to stay!”
My wife and our 2 years-old kid stay 2 nights in the hotel. The staff was always helpful and nice. They also offer us an upgrade to a bigger room at high floor. The room is very clean with baby bathtub and playpen was provided for free. The breakfast buffet (in the main building at the opposite of the road) have varieties of food. They also have a separate building (next to the main building) which having different facilities for gym, swimming and a room for children to play.

Fantastic Room with Huge bathroom”
We've got to stay at the newly renovated building. The room was great and spacious. The bathroom also huge with city view. However the location of this hotel was not quite in the city center. We checked in rather late at midnight and the local driver cannot spot the hotel due to its exterior which was all dark and no lights were turned on. Thank God the interior was not as shocking as the exterior. Overall great stay.

New, mordern and comfortable hotel ”
1. new, modern and big room. extremely comfortable! 2. staff were very helpful and friendly. 3. breakfast spread was superb - asian, western, vegetarian or just juice. even fussy eaters will be able to feed on something! 4. bathroom is modern and extremely spacious by asian stardard. 5. only downside is there were not many eateries or shops around the hotel. 6. overall, a fantastic stay! i would stay again.

Great hotel with all sort of facilities provided and requests via email were fulfilled. Room was spacious, clean, new and the hotel even provided baby’s toiletries since baby is traveling together with us. The breakfast provided was awesome where variety of foods can be found.

A 5 star hotel indeed. Big room big bathroom with great service. One bad point is that it is not near to the feng jia night market so we have to cab there. However, the cab ride is less than 10 mins so the total amount we paid is still reasonable.

i would like to comment again, not on the hotel but the rate of agoda that i really found cheaper than the official site. at the beginning, i couldn't find an offer from the internet. i asked for the hotel direct. later i found an offer in agoda and even cheaper than my original one with the official site.

It's a very nice hotel with a great washroom!”
It is a nice hotel. We stayed at a room for four and it was very spacious with two bed and two single couches. The washroom is big with a nice single bathtub and a big shower room. Instead of little bottles of soaps and conditioners, there are big dispensers on the wall of the shower room. We had a baby and they forgot to give us a baby bathtub. When we asked for it on the phone, they brought it within a few min. Checkout and check in were very fast as well. overall it is a nice hotel .
