A good location of the hotel at the lake, but you can hear the road noise. Large enough and clean rooms. In the evening, a nice restaurant. No reception service in the morning and in the evening (we did not realize when they are working). In the morning the cafe does not work, you will not be able to enjoy breakfast on the lake. In the room there is no toilet paper. The most terrible thing - it's the mattress, you can feel each of its springs!

When we arrived around 5 PM, there is no water supply inside the bathroom, We have to wait for almost an hour for the staff to open the main water supply valve. Just imagine going into the toilet, after your business there is no water to get your self cleaned. The only good about this place is the staff. Helpful and accomodatives.

Budget with basic facility. Good location as nearby to padang besar. for safety reason, as very next to main road, proposed to have proper gate or guarded. Food is good and reasonable price.

Kami sampai jam 5.00 petang, tetapi kakitangan Terinai Lakeview Resort memaklumkan booking saya tiada dalam sistem. Mujur ada bilik kosong tetapi kami terpaksa menunggu hampir satu jam sebelum kami dapat masuk ke bilik. Agoda ... apa sudah jadi???? Bilik agak luas, kemasan dan kebersihan memuaskan namun Cafe tutup pada masa kami menginap di sana.

Memuaskan dari segi keadaan bilik. Cuma kurang kemudahan di luar resort seperti bangku2 utk berehat di luar bilik..kemudahan taman permainan utk kanak2 dan yg paling sukar ialah makan. Cafe tidak dibuka mengikut waktu yg dipaparkan. Kemudahan dalam bilik pula sepatutnya ada cerek utk masak air panas ..keluarga yg meembawa anak kecil susah utk membancuh susu.
