Very Enjoyable Stay.”
A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Although I’d describe this as resort accommodation. I have been visiting Thailand 31 years, now residing for 19 years. Travelled extensively throughout Thailand and this is by far the best resort we’ve stayed. Some may consider rooms small but I would say that they are normal size. More important, they were comfortable and clean. TV had a large range of channels and the best quality picture I’ve seen at any Thai Hotel. The swimming pool is a good size and looked very clean. The restaurant is at the front of the property with lovely sea views. Food was excellent with a lot of choices. Great service by lovely smiling staff. If you’re planning a trip to Sam Roi Yot this is the place to stay. We will be returning soon.

Excellent”
Great location, literally a few steps from the beach across the street. Charming and helpful staff - special shout-out to Chris, the manager. We know where to go for our next relax weekend getaway from Bangkok.

Very disappointing ”
Two good things about this hotel, location and cleanliness ...the rest very disappointing indeed. Uncomfortable beds, rock hard pillows, WIFI did not work in room as stated, no English speaking channels on the TV that worked. No tea or coffee making facilities and no hairdryer. Not immensely important things you may think but for the money I would have expected a lot more on offer in the rooms. Breakfast was not good at all unless you love onions as scrambled eggs FULL of onions and asked for a plain omelette which also comes FULL of onions! Have stayed in better hotels in Thailand for less money. Won’t be returning which is a shame as we like the area.

Recommanded by a good friend ”
This hotel has a good location, just by the beach. it is not expensive too. it is easy to go the nearby sightseeing, it has a very good swimming pool. Good choice to stay here if you want to go Sam Luan Yot.

Basic & clean”
Basic but comfortable clean room, new bathroom. Has tv & mini fridge. No hot water kettle. Mattress very firm & can feel springs. Not much parking, had to park along the main road. Rather pricey for its standard

Lovely for me”
Loved that Terra Selisa is smaller hotel, as prefer quiet atmosphere. Greeted by very warm colors of outside of hotel, beautiful aesthetics, outdoor decor/plants, beautifully carved tables in dining area. Great how they had many books. Each room has own porch with sitting area-very nice. Comfortable place to be. Pool glistens with blue. Rated food 4 because only ate once-only there for short time & had snacks with me that wanted to finish from earlier in trip. Felt could not rate dining experience appropriately. Staff did come to my room to make sure I had eaten before they closed kitchen in evening-very thoughtful. Room clean, cute, just fine for me-hot shower, refrigerator, complimentary waters. Ocean view from hotel/beach very pretty-many options for local outings that hotel can help you arrange. Ocean water not as clear as expected-unsure why. Should have asked-maybe due to season. Jellyfish washed up on beach in morning so make sure you have safe sandals/water shoes while walking/swimming. Owner rode to Hua Hin train station with me and made sure I got ticket for right train. So appreciative of her doing this. Had mishap first night due to train coming in late at night, and my own fault. Would recommend arriving in daylight hours to make checkin time. Have Terra Selisa pick you up at PranBuri if you take the train from Bangkok. Or, Hua Hin is a larger station if you feel more comfortable. Liked that hotel was more rural. Went for peacefulness, activities, park, wetlands, caves, beach/ocean. This is not place for shopping but there were people selling lovely items by beach. Store is close by, places to buy necessities, snacks, and restaurants if interested in venturing out. Monkey Bar next door. Communicate with staff for your needs and help. All very friendly-more than willing to help you! Learn conversational Thai so can speak with those that may not speak English-this will make experience richer. I will always remember friendliness of people in Thailand.

Good hotel away from the hustle and bustle of HH.”
We enjoyed our stay in 2 connecting rooms at the Terra Selisa. Take a cooler and sit on the veranda with a cold drink while your kids enjoy the pool! Breakfast was okay, eggs and toast, a bit of fruit and tea. The beach is across the street and is far less crowded than Hua Hin. We could easily stay at the beach and not be bothered all day. Close to National Parks. Dolphin Bay nearby had great food and we ate most meals there. A great escape from Bangkok, only 3 hours away!

Great experience and value”
We had a great night at Terra Selisa. The location is great for exploring Khao Sam Roi Yot park--you can take tours that leave from the lovely, quiet beach in front of the hotel. Our room was basic but clean. Food at the restaurant was good. The staff were extremely friendly, although they didn't speak much English.

Wonderful resort with friendly staff”
we enjoyed our stay at terra selisa. it was very quiet. it is directly across from the beach. my daughter enjoyed walking up and down the beach, checking out the sea shells and jumping in the water. the resort staff were very friendly. the area is very quiet which suited us quite well. if you are looking for some sort of night life this is not the place for you. finally, we chose the "deluxe bungalow" and next time i would choose the cheaper room. they all appear identical and i am not exactly sure what i paid for in getting the 'deluxe' room.

Great bungalows with crystal blue pool”
This is a great beach-side facility, very quiet with an attached restaurant that serves breakfast through late dinners. The open-air restaurant has a great view of the ocean, and the road between the beach and the hotel is normally quiet. Terra Selisa also rents motorbikes for the adventurous. Located within short drives of some Thailand National Parks, caving and wild animal watching are accessible.

The potential is there but misses the mark”
The Terra Selisa has cottages, all with adjoining doors for families. Most of the rooms appear to have 2 beds pushed together to make one. No problem, just remember they are hard as you are in Thailand. Sitting outside on the verandah, at the restaurant and at the pool is lovely but the rooms I'm afraid have been neglected and need a bit of spruicing up. We had no hot water each day in the shower until it got fixed on our third day, the bathroom sink needed a new faucet as it was coming off, the TV stopped working (no big deal but we did pay for it)and overall the rooms, for the price were sad. I did speak to the caretaker and I urge anyone staying there to do same as it is only a few small things to fix and the place would be brilliant. Another thing worth mentioning is that we stayed there several months before with the same problems and other people's reviews are similar

A very good place to stay”
We spent our new year holidays here, and I must say it was a great choice. The rooms are a bit simple for the price, but they are clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the whole central area of the resort is very tastefully decorated. The manager of the resort goes out of his way to be helpful, and the staff are attentive. The restaurant serves some delicious meals. Moreover, the breakfast offer is very good, with a wide choice of both Western and Asian dishes. The beach in front of the hotel is nice and clean. The only thing I would change slightly is adding a proper shower by the pool. Aside that all was well, and I would defintely consider coming back here.

Quiet, Relaxing, and Great location”
This is a great hotel to stay at if you are looking for a relaxed and laid-back break. The hotel is set in a great location, just across from the beach. The layout of the hotel gives a relaxed and natural atmosphere. The swimming pool is clean and a good size with a Sala to sit under on hot days. The breakfast is of good quality and great coffee. The staff at the resort are friendly and very helpful, which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. The location is great, as just across from the beach, which can be enjoyed with the hotel providing sun chairs. The resort is very near to the national park for exploring the caves and viewpoints of the surrounding area.

Good over all experience”
Overall, a very good experience at very reasonble price, with good friendly service and a attitude to please with reasonble limits, a little cleanliness to the bath room and attention to TV connections will go a long way to make the customers very happy. We were very happy with the price and service and would say without hesitation, try it you will like it. Very reasonble price - had a really good time.

Friendly staff and great food ”
i stayed at this resort with 6 friends for 3 nights and found it quite a pleasant stay. the bungalows are nothing special for the price, but the surroundings are great and the pool is nice. the hotel is located right across the street from the beach and is within walking distance of other hotel restaurants (but no nearby 7-11). overall it was a nice, clean place to stay.

Great affordable find; friendly staff; convenient”
The staff was very helpful with outings information. Motor scooters available for rent--needed if you want to visit the Sam Roi Yot National Park. Good central location, beach just across the road (same as all hotels on this beach). Laundry services nearby. Free WIFI. Kayak rentals available nearby. We liked having adjoining rooms in the bungalow for our family. The rooms and bathrooms were very basic, but clean and sufficient. We would choose to stay here again.

Beautiful spot, lush views”
lovely stay. the room was very comfortable and clean, and the restaurant served pretty good thai food. we didn't try the western options, apart from the breakfast, which was similar to other full american breakfasts we've had in thailand - i.e. not that great. best to stick to the thai option. staff were very helpful and friendly, moped rental was reasonably priced, and there were plenty of other trips available. we took a boat out around the islands in the bay and on to the khao sam roi yot national park and the phraya nakhon cave, which was very beautiful. all in all, a great place for couples or families to see a bit of real, relatively untouched thailand.

A very nice, relaxing break”
The hotel is right on the beach and the pool and gardens of the hotel are stunning. The staff are helpful and speak English perfectly. They have motorbikes for hire and it is easy to see the sights, if you don't mind riding for a while. The ride is so beautiful with the mountain scenery! The room itself is okay, nothing special. Overall, I think it's a very nice and relaxing place to stay!
