Check in process was fast, staff was accommodating and polite. The twin room was bigger than double room, double room was so small that we could not even open 2 large suitcases within the room. With the twin room, at least there is some space to open 2 large suitcases, but with minimal walking space. There is a vending machine for snacks and drinks in the lobby w...

I booked Eurobuilding 2 for the days leading up to my Vaughntown program. I got the feeling it was more geared for long term rentals so the customer service was a bit lacking-- you take your own bags up to the room, for example. Breakfast was included in my rate and that was typical for Spain: bread, meats, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, pastries and fresh fruit. The room...

Although is 10 stops away from the old city (center) is conveniently located in a quite area with the station Plaza de la Concordia at 100mt from the door of the hotel! The ride is only 20 minutes to the main attraction and after you whole walking day - you happy to return in your 4 star hotel to chill a relax. Only negative points I could spot: - lacking of restaura...

This hotel can be difficult to find if you go out the wrong exit from the Sol metro, which is what we did. Ended up walking around for over 10mins trying to find it. Once found, the hotel is in fact in an amazing location. 2mins from the metro and puerta del sol. There are fantastic restaurants and bars on the same street and many attractions within walking distance....

This is an amazing hotel! We were wowed from our arrival. The lobby and bar are stunning and clean and very elegant. Our room was more than we could have asked for! It was spacious, clean, dream like bed and definitely 5* quality. The only down side was the fact they had advertised the pool however thIs was not open yet. Kind of felt like a bit of false advertising as ...

The room are basic, but I just have to ask if I needed anything extra. Services was attentive. One morning we couldn't get taxi to Ferie de Madrid, the staff walk one block away to catch a taxi for us. The location served our purposes ...

I travelled to Madrid by train and chose this hotel as it was close to the Madrid Chamartin station. I was greeted politely but then given the wrong room. I had booked a family room (two communicating double rooms) as I was travelling with my daughter and her companion. They gave me a room with just two single beds and told me they would put a third one in there! When ...

Lovely staff, comfortable bed and very clean. Downside the hotel was very cold, thank goodness for the heating in the room. We have a young baby and wanted to bring breakfast to our room as it was too cold in the eating area but were told we couldn’t, cannot understand this? When you are able to order pizzas...which we did one night and they are borderline inedible...
