Room service, polite staff, clean hotel
The room was too close to the reception and there was poor soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear the reception desk, phone ringing, TV in reception area in room at night. Also clearly hear trains passing by outside and howling dogs at night. If you are finding it hard to get to sleep then this is a problem. The gym is too small - only 3 machines. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and stylish and the room service and waiters were very efficient and prompt.

Terrible location”
Room is very small, dirty. Shower room floor very slippery, no anti slippery matt available, internet is expensive, only one restaurant available and very limited variety in the menu, only vegetarian. The worst breakfast I had experienced, only vegetarian, no egg or bread available.
