ผู้เข้าพักและพนักงานของที่พักทุกคนจะต้องผ่านการตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกายที่ทางเข้าที่พัก ผู้เข้าพักต้องสวมหน้ากากอนามัยก่อนเข้าที่พัก
ขณะอยู่ในที่พัก ผู้เข้าพักต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรการเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคมและสุขอนามัย รวมถึงการล้างมือตามที่กำหนด ผู้เข้าพักจะได้รับบริการฆ่าเชื้อในพื้นที่ส่วนกลางทั้งหมด และผู้เข้าพักจะได้รับชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งประกอบด้วยหน้ากากอนามัย เจลล้างมือฆ่าเชื้อ และถุงมือแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟ 3 กิโลเมตรและมีสถานที่สำคัญอื่นๆอยู่ใกล้เคียง ร้านอาหารมีเมนูที่ดีและอร่อย ที่พักมีการออกแบบและตกแต่งด้วยรายละเอียดที่ดี โดยมีเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่สวยงาม พนักงานมีประสบการณ์และมีความเอื้ออาทร แนะนำสำหรับราคาที่พวกเขาเรียกเก็บ

The hotel itself has been there for years yet the upkeep of the hotel is brilliant apart from a little bit of water seeping. The room and bathrooms are beautiful with a pool facing view. The pool was clean and we'll kept. Really good service. Beds were Incrediblely comfortable, I did not want to get up at all. The breakfast could have been better. Overall, value for money.

We had a memorable stay at the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, very clean and peaceful ambience to relish a refreshing stay. The restaurant was fantastic with an incredible spread of dishes for breakfast. The bed, bathroom and room maintenance was commendable. Hot water was available at all times. The hotel is value for money and I definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay with family.

Nice Hotel, nice ambience, nice food. But if anyone booked through Agoda, take screenshot of all pages during booking. Because if any discrepancy in booking and money deducted they will ask to produce any proof. Without the proof they will not entertain you. Agoda is not customer friendly travels app.

Positives : Location is good, staff are courteous. BF spread was good. Room was clean and tidy. Stayed overnight for a day. Pleasant stay. Building is vintage(really) ..a very old Building..there is some renovation ongoing. Special mention to Mr Suresh at the restaurant, went for buffet lunch a tad bit late, however Mr Suresh was very accommodating and let me finish my lunch before clearing the buffet deck. He even got me a fruit bowl when requested for sugar free optional desert. Overall a very pleasant stay.
