My home away from home”
I've loved it here so much that I extended for an extra week and then for another week, making it a total of 4 weeks. Such a nice and bright little apartment with everything you need. Even a washing machine and clothes dryer in each room. I have a corner room which has a double sliding door, also doors opening to a little balcony, actually the room has 2 Juliette balconies. Also 2 window all with nice wide views over to Paddington. Nice kitchen with 4 plate stove top, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. I'm not sure what some previous people are on about when it comes to noise. I'm on the 2nd floor, corner room with a fairly busy rd on one side and have had no problem sleeping in almost 4 weeks. I'm a really light sleeper as well. The wifi worked better than other reviews also but I just hot-spotted my laptop to my mobile data and it was fine. Staff are awesome, location is fantastic. the whole package has been wonderful. I'll be sad to leave next week.

My favorite place to stay in Sydney”
This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's my preferred place for long-term accom. It's always clean, staff are wonderful and it has everything you need. Even a washing machine and clothes dryer. Great location. I'll be back here later this year for my 3rd visit. Fabulous boutique hotel which is serviced daily.

Value for money ”
Staff were so friendly- absolutely loved everything about my trip. Very large, clean units with great amenities. I stayed in the studio apartment for 3 weeks & had more than enough space. Hotel staff are so sweet, so patient & offered a discount towards the end of my stay. I'll definitely book again.

Excellent property ”
Great place to stay. Perfect location. Super cheap for Sydney. Not a 5 star hotel, but very clean rooms with everything you need. We will stay again and highly recommend this property to travelers heading to Sydney.

Stayed at the Annam Serviced Apartments for 10 days whilst visiting our daughter, son-in-law and 5 month old granddaughter who live nearby. We were thrilled to be updated to a spacious apartment with a balcony. The property is located in a great location within a minutes walk to Kings Cross. We loved every minute of it. Jenny & Dave

Excellent but the internet”
Great room conditions, have everything you may possibly need for a stay. Excellent location, close to shops. Friendly staff. The only minor disappointment so far is poor internet (we are talking it constantly dropping off or having speeds below 1mbs). Nowadays decent internet is a must. I hope they can improve that soon.

When visiting Sydney we always stay at the Annam apartments. The staff are great, location great. Very thing you need is in the apartment. All you require in close proximity and if you enjoy walking it is well within the distance of the harbour.

Perfect location for us to get around Sydney either by walking or public transport (trains & buses). We were able to do some shopping at the nearby supermarkets to do some cooking with the salt and pepper that was provided in the apartment. Will stay again if going back to Sydney.

Big spacious room and very clean. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff at check in. Close to kings cross cafes and bars. Can be a bit noisy bring your head sets

Room was great. Had everything you needed. Close to train station pubs cafes etc. Just had a problem with the shower leaking. Water came out under the glass.
