Very bad housing experience, the attitude of the counter staff was too bad, I booked a room for $ 64 per night Balconitel Suite-room with balcony arrangement on the 7th floor, the top floor was skybar at midnight and it was noisy, hot water in the bathtub was not hot I asked for a room change and only gave me a room for $ 32 per night. There were still many empty rooms on the day and no one was staying in the building.

Breakfast was good, room was spacious and the shower was good and hot! There is a fair amount of construction around the hotel and work begins between 6-7am, even on Saturday’s.

Really nice staff.....Breakfast was good. Room was on the large size with a comfortable balcony. The pool downstairs was smallish, but big enough to do laps............... The morning after I checked out, I received an email from them letting me know I had accidentally left $100 in an envelope in my vacated room.......they had been alerted by their cleaning staff..........I was blown away by their honesty in this poor country.............They definitely get my seal of approval.

The hotel overall is satisfactory but due to the construction nearby, the access road is a bit bad and the construction works started very early in the morning and the workers worked until quite late at night, thus it can be quite noisy and irritating. The breakfast is only served by one waiter and the service is quite slow
