I did not enjoy my stay here. The customer service is extremely lacking of care and compassion. I had a room on the first floor and asked if I could be moved to a different floor because I felt uncomfortable. I was told bluntly that all the other rooms were reserved and that I had the best room in the place. He also said the front doors are always watched and that I was safe. My concern was not with the front door, it was with the huge window in my room and I was traveling by myself. I went back to my room since I had to but I was really disappointed on how I was addressed. I'm not sure how busy this hotel gets but the parking lot was practically empty but I do understand if rooms were reserved for the next day not to switch my room. But I highly doubt ALL the rooms were reserved. The older gentlemen "watching" the front was busy talking on his personal phone when I checked in and was sitting on a chair in the lounge area. I did not feel welcomed. I felt like I was a bother for him. I wasn't too excited either when I found a dirty sock in my room by the AC unit and window. I won't be booking a room here ever again.

This Hotel was the worst I ever stayed in. The mattress on both beds were not comfortable. This caused me to have back aches. The pillows on the beds were like pancakes. ”
