Nice place, friendly staffs, nice breakfast. ”
I have told the reception that I want to give a advance birthday surprise for my friend. The reception even more excited than me, and the next day already help me buy the cake. I'm very appreciate with the help that the reception gave. I have out of budget, and the place did not have any money exchange nearby, the reception give me a ride. The breakfast very nice, room, staffs everything is good. They are very friendly, they even ask what time we check out, if too earlier, they can prepare breakfast for us to take away. this is a nice experience, and a good memory in Phu Quoc.

Relaxing and cozy stay”
A very nice hotel with a rich breakfast, nice pool, and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, Helen helped us book bikes and transport to the airport and a snorkel trip. The pool is nice and the setting was tranquil. :) We ended up extending our stay for 4 days when we expected 1.

stayed in Bauhinia for only 2 nights however the staffs there were very friendly and helpful. their breakfast was amazing: especially the fried spring rolls (although it wasn’t served the second day)! would totally recommend this place.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Convenient”
Despite a very late check-in (close to midnight) the staff were still smiling and let us to our room with ease, no complications as I could clearly see they organize the guest list very well. Excellent service by the staff, they helped in every way possible with a smile from stucked room key to helping to move my luggage to the lobby on a rainy day! Pool is great, just the right size and not too blazing rays from the sun. Breakfast is one of the best among many hotels of this budget and rating. The only cons I would say, hot showers depended on the solar system, so I did not get much warm showers during my stay and also there were too many mozzies around. Other than that it is value for money and staff that keeps you warm throughout.

A real gem......very nice staff....all of them and a very nice and healthy breakfast”
This was a really nice stay . The staff couldnt be more nice. We were taken really good care of from the first step when we got into the resort. Came early at 8 o clocck in the morning after one night on the bus and boat and they offered us a complimentary tasty breakfast.....so sweet and cordial of them. Whole stay continued in the same way. Room was very spacious and nice with a very comfy bed. We will definitely stay there again if we return to the island....for sure.

A greenplace in the middle of center”
Many plants, nice pool, friendly staff and super good location (10mins walk to hawaii beach) But the place is a bit old, need a bit of maintenance though, and be careful with the mosquitoes even in daytime

Recommended for those who love peaceful place right in the center ”
Nice and well equipped room with friendly and helpful staffs. The place is not really in walking distance to Night Market (around 25-30 min walking), maybe this is one of the reasons which could keep the resort itself nice and quite though it's located in the center

A rustic hotel centrally located. ”
Bauhinia Hotel is a rustic hotel located about 150 meters in an alley. Pros: The room is clean but decent amenities. It has a nice small pool with limited lounges around it. Breakfast is OK.. The basic spread. Hence, If you stay more than 3 nights then you will definitely be bored. The receptionist Helen is very friendly. Do get her recommendation for the private car driver. Good to just have the driver to take you around the island. Cons :the aircon is not very cold. I complaint and was rudely scolded by the make receptionist. Took me by surprise as I just wanted him to check if the aircon needed extra gas or not. The temperature was set at 17 degrees but it felt like it was 24.. It wasn't hot but definitely not cold. He should have been nicer /friendly by saying that he will check on it. Instead saying it was my fault for adjusting the temperature which I didn't. Overall, a nice clean place for a few days stay.

Quiet, clean, near the beach and the center of the town. However there is only 2 towels, no face nor hair towel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The pool is clean. Room 303: WIFI in the room is really bad. The air conditioner remote did not work properly: the temp control did not work (the number set to lowest but no cooler nor warmer), and other functions such as timer, swing, mode, fan speed are useless. However, it is still satisfied me when staying here, due to the price is really good. Recommend for people who dont care much about problems anove.

Nice & peaceful résort but need to improve furniture”
It is a really nice resort with nice and traditional decoration. The space is also peaceful and quite with tree and pool, make us feel relaxing. There are also space for swimming, working beside the pool and trees... However, please renovate the window in the room to have more view. Resort đẹp, decor truyền thống và văn hoá. Không gian yên bình, rất relax. Tuy nhiên cần cải tạo cửa sổ để mới đẹp hơn và có view rõ hơn. Cửa sổ phòng hiện giờ bí quá và không nhìn rõ ra ngoài.

Friendly staffs except manager”
First, few good things about the hotel: - Friendly staffs (in general) and their bulldog. Kudos to Ms Phung who speak fluent Chinese and utterly helpful chubby girl wearing glass speaking fluent English. - Lovely pool in which we swam multiple times during our stay. - Great breakfast with menu changed daily. - Easy to call for Grab from the hotel. We almost wanted to recommend this hotel until we received the bill on the fifth day when checking out in which we were accused for taking two cans of beer from mini bar in our room and broke a shabby room key and was charged with additional 165,000 VND. It seems that the root cause was the obnoxious manager wearing glass and without uniform in which we noticed his long face the moment we walked into the hotel on the first day. He was also a no-show when we wanted to see him due to billing issues. With a wet blanket and without a proper inventory tracking system, sorry to say that we DO NOT recommend this hotel.

One thing I would like to highlight will be the reception staff (Man) provide wrong information on the snacks inside the room is “complimentary” but when checkout been charge. Once check-in I called reception and ask the price of the snacks (Chips , peanut ...) as there is no price list provided, your staff take my room number and advise everything’s put on top the table will be complimentary except freezer and i reconfirmed he say yes. When I check out one lady advise there is some charges on the snacks!? The snacks is not a big amount and I definitely can pay, at the first place I called and ask but wrong information provided by your staff. For sure your staff able to recall. Really bad experience till the checkout day. Others is good.

Good location within the town area. Staffs are friendly. Greenery environment feels like back to nature. Chilling at the pool is the best activity during my stays here . The pool can be more well maintained.
