สะดวกสำหรับเดินทางคนเดียว ห้องเล็ก และห้องน้ำเล็กมาก แต่ทุกอย่างก็ใช้งานได้ปกติ ความสะอาดดี ใกล้ถนน แต่ไม่ได้ยินเสียงรบกวนเลย ถ้าไปเที่ยวอีก ก็จะนอนที่นี่ค่ะ

มารยาทและการบริการแย่ที่สุดโดยสมบูรณ์แบบ”
ต้องบอกก่อนว่าสิ่งสำคัญที่เลือกพักที่นี่เนื่องจากเคยพักโรงแรมอื่นในเครือเดียวกันเกือบจะทั่วกรุงเทพฯเป็นจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ครั้ง เพราะถูกใจใน Material,Detail,Characteristicและ Styleการตกแต่ง จึงเป็นสาเหตุและที่มาในการเข้าพักที่นี่ แต่สิ่งที่พบเจอตั้งแต่ครั้งแรกที่ Check in จนมาถึงครั้งนี้ กับพนักงานผู้หญิงมีอายุท่านหนึ่งก็ยังคงเป็นเหมือนเดิมโดยที่ผมพยายามเก็บความรู้สึกนั้นไว้โดยหวังว่ามันจะดีขึ้นจนมาถึงครั้งนี้ซึ่งแย่กว่าทุกๆครั้งที่ผ่านมาทั้งหมดทั้งในเรื่องมารยาทการพูดจาการต้อนรับและกริยาอาการต่างๆและครั้งนี้น่าจะคือสิ่งที่ยืนยันว่าความรู้สึกหลายๆครั้งที่ผ่านมาของผมมันคือความจริง สรุปคือ นี่น่าจะเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายที่ผมจะเข้าพักที่นี่แม้ว่าจะถูกใจในส่วนของ Hardware แต่ส่วนที่ ทำให้ผมไม่สบายใจและไม่มีความสุขที่สุดคือ Software นั่นก็คือมารยาทและการบริการของ พนักงานที่เข้าขั้นแย่มากและไม่เพียงเท่านั้นมันยังลุกลามไปสู่ Brand Image ของบริษัทโดยรวม ซึ่งมีผลต่อผมในการพิจารณาเข้าพักในสาขาอื่นๆที่ผมเข้าพักอยู่เป็นประจำด้วยว่าอาจจะเลิกเข้าพัก อย่างถาวรก็เป็นได้

เข้าพักที่นี่มาพอสมควร เจอกับพนักงานบริการหลายครั้ง และไม่คิดว่าจะเขียนรีวิว แต่ที่เจอคือยังคงเป็นเหมือนเดิม ผมคิดว่าปัญหาใหญ่ที่สุดของที่นี่คือ หัวใจของการให้บริการ ที่ค่อนข้างแย่มากๆ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นๆในเครือนี้ซึ่งผมไปพักมาเกือบจะทุกสาขาแล้วในกรุงเทพฯ

พนักงานเช็คอินผู้หญิงมารยาทค่อนข้างแย่มากๆ อินเทอร์เนทช้ามาก และสัญญาณอ่อนมากๆแทบใช้การไม่ได้ อุปกรณ์ในห้องพักเสียก็ไม่มีการแก้ไข เสียงรถวิ่งและร้านบันเทิงข้างเคียงค่อนข้างดัง โดยสรุปคือ ถ้าไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงพนักงานบริการ ที่นี่จะยังคงแย่อยู่ต่อไปครับ

The bed is the real deal! ”
I’ve booked the single room for 3 nights and I honestly had the best sleep since being in Thailand. The mattress is extremely comfy! The room is small and clean, well with the price. And the location is perfect, Khao San is 5 minutes away.

This place has the perfect location! It’s cheap and clean. The room was bigger than I expected, and there were two comfy pillows on the bed as well! Definitely gonna stay here again

Best for solo”
Small size room with clean bathroom,enough for a backpackers, indian restaurant next to hotel and supermarket in front of the hotel, area is very good and full of tourist, khaosan walking street is few metres away

The best place on Kaosan area”
I stay here every year (more than 6 years). It is small but very comfortable place. In the room there are everything that you need. Location is also very good (just 1 min walk to bus stop or boat stop, 5 mins walk to Kaosan rd)

I think this place is a little overrated”
I have to say not bad for the price, but "you get what you pay for". From the reviews I was expecting something better, but at the end was not very clean and it was hard to communicate with the staff because they were not really speaking english a part from one girl at the reception which she was not always there. Location is central, if you like partying is perfect, but if you want to go anywhere else there's no train, only ferry and buses, which are very limited or not easy to catch for foreigners

i first time live this hotel is six years ago.that is i first time visit thailand. in recently six years .every time .i visit bangkok.always live this hotel. maybe the woman of the reception not remember me.but i always remember her.because she working in this hotel is so long time.maybe she is boss? this hotel single room very small but very good.but the woman of the reception seems not happy same the six years ago. i recommend everyone live this hotel.because it value for money.but have little noise because it nearby the big road.

we had an air conditioned room. it was quite hard to air room out as there wasn't good ventilation in the toilet/shower room. because of this towels never dried and there was a dampness to the room. but staff were very friendly and sorted a taxi to airport for us. would recommend for a short stay.

The room is small, a comfortbel bad, small shower , the room is clean and the location is great! No window, but its not a room to spend time in.. only for sleep and shower:)
