Bewel wcale się tak nie nazywa. Nie mieli dla mnie pokoju który zarezerwowałem, chcieli mi wcisnąć jakąś małą brudna dziurę . Nie potrafili znaleźć mojej rezerwacji a potem powiedzieli że zrobiłem ją przez bookin.com co jest nieprawdą. Musiałem szukać innego hotelu na miejscu. Sami anulowali rezerwacje i twierdzą że ja to zrobiłem. Oszukują ludzi w nadziei że z braku wyjścia spędzą tam noc.

Claims they do not work with Agoda anymore”

The man who greeted me when I came in (presumably the owner) was smoking (which is a turnoff, especially when their theme is health & wellness) and he said he didn't have my reservation because he doesn't work with Agoda anymore. He kind of treated me like it was my fault, even though it's an issue that he and Agoda need to work out. Ultimately, he did honor the reservation but swore to never do it again. Photos make it seem like it's bigger, brighter, and more open than it actually is. Rooms are small; bathroom is essentially a nook with 2 toilet stalls, 2 shower stalls (which are basically just cement cells), and one sink, and you have to move out into the hallway if others need to get to one of them, and even if you book a "female only room", you may still have to share the bathroom area with guys. Ceilings in common areas are low, so watch your head if you're over 5'5". Air conditioning in rooms is a nice reprieve from heat. Glad it was cheap & I only stayed 1 night.

Overall, it was nice! Pros- -Location is done a really cool area, not so far from Khao San road. -Comfortable beds. The room gets pretty cold at night, they give you a blanket. -Pretty good size common area. -Little "cafe" in the lobby. -Free breakfast. -Kept the bathrooms clean. -They have small/medium lockers you can use, just bring your own lock. (They don't sale or rent locks at the hostel, but they should... Little extra cash in their pockets.) -Draw curtains on the bunk beds, so you get a little privacy. -You can rent a towel, it's a nice, big one. -Decent wifi. Cons- -I guess the owner, just seemed over it the whole time. He was helpful enough, but I didn't feel all that welcomed. Especially since I didn't speak French, and everyone who did was immediately moved to top priority. -They turn the AC off during the day, so even in the common area with fans, it gets hot. (But you should be out exploring the city, anyways. Lol)

i would say the staff was rude and racist and they behaved me in different manner i have stayed thailand a month and this was my last 1 stay. first i reached early and they said we cannot check you in early and after 2 pm we would check you in and said go out for that time even didnot ask for stay and sit or drink water or use sofa i was deadly tired because i was coming from chiang mai 12 hours long bus journey . anyhow after their this attitude and i didnot want to pay them and stay for 4 hours i went outside and spent my 4 to 5 hours in mixx hostel and when i ce back at 2pm my bed was not even ready and needed to wait for 1 more hour next day when i got up late and come for free breakfast the person said it is 6:30 to 9:30 and i asked him in english about breakfast he replied in hindi in the way makimg fun of me lets come to some positive things i have met some really cool backers there and we went together khaosan road and shared beers and quality time toilet and bathroom was clean and common area was nice any how dorm was small for eight beds

The worst reception i've ever met”

We've booked the standard family room for a day with Agoda. The room was quite nice and clean. But it was on the fifth floor so we nearly died moving our belongings. The worst thing was the Sri Langkan receptionist. After staying one night, we wanted to stay 3 more days and they said we can so we all paid. But when we got there to stay the days, the Sri Langkan man said that we can't stay at the family room. Not a day. He offered us a dormitory. The worst thing he said was "you can have free ice cream instead of the family room." That was the most ridiculous offer i've ever got. When we asked him to give the extra money back, he was upset about that with an absurd reason. He just said it is a problem of systems, not his fault. If u wanna stay there, it will be alright if u don't make any word with this rude Sri Langkan man.

Cheap and cheerful”

Our stay was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early for check in but we're still allowed to access the tea and coffee facilities and even allowed to nap on the giant bean bags before our room was ready. We swapped rooms after our first night as the room we were in was booked, meaning we had to check out and leave our bags in the luggage room and check back in later. This wasn't too much of a problem and our bags seemed safe. We stayed in an all female dorm room, and met 3 lovely girls. Everyone was very sociable and ranged from late teens to 30ish. Not too close to Khoa San road but close enough (10 min walk). We would definitely stay here again! (TIP: Stay away from the "tourist information centre")

we have a confirmed booking of family room for 4, arrived at 9am on check in day and was told room was double booked and they have no room available for us. management was beyond rude, they did not apologize, and told us it was not their fault. we were trying to get a few beds in the mixed dorm for the night, but they didn't even know what they have available or what was occupied. after all these, i asked one of the manager to help on my luggage (there are 2 very very steep stairs with no handrail, and completely open on one side), he told me "this is a hostel not a hotel, we don't help". inside a side street, 10 mins walk to taxi or any transportation. 20 mins walk to khoa sha road.

Service Attitude”

The owner is so bad. THe atmosphere here is not warm. I suggest you should not stay in this hostel. It will destroy ur emotion and ur holidays. Trust me.

great. not far from Kaosan, and very comfort. bed and room are clean, bathroom is not bad, too. they gave a female only room even I booked a mix dorm... but why the man staff entered the female room freely? and I got up very early because room was little hot. guest could'nt use a air conditioner freely. Where is a remote? but I like this hostel generally, I want to use again when Im in Bangkok. 존나더움

Great backpacker hostel”

This hostel is great in Bangkok, I've stayed at it before and I came back because I liked it so much. It has a homey feel because of the way it is decorated with a great common room space! The dorms are a little tight for room, but it is manageable if you are in one of the rooms that has more beds. Nice and close to khao San but not directly in the khaos (ha ha). Great value. Will be back!

Awesome Stay!”

Had a great time in this Hostel. Really awesome. Met a lot of cool people and the receptionist is very friendly, her name is Jonah from PH. She's awesome, she even showed us where to eat nice fried rice and we hung out with the other guys. The hostel is very neat and clean too.
