Location is good. Near night market. Staff is also friendly. However, the sound proof is bad. We heard lots of noises early in the morning at 6am. The air ventilation is bad too.

Rude staff”

Central location but you can feel smelly river. The main problem was very rude staff. They were completely disinterested for their guests. They don’t speak English at all. They also tried to charge us bikes for whole day although we used it couple hours . Of course nobody warned us about that in the beginning. Room was spacious but pretty dirty. For example completely dirty towel by the bed?!

the location is very strategic. near to night market. however, they didnot provide iron. & difficult to get the iron from the receptionist. only 1 iron & share with the owner ( boss ) .

Very chinese stype hotel”

This hotel is OK but not worth for the money that shall be paid for. You can spend the same amount of money for better 2 stars hotel. The room sometimes has mosquito. The provided toothpaste and shampoo are very poor quality, almost cannot be used. These are the basic things in all hotels in VN but this hotel does not manage to provide such good stuff. However, the receptionists are excellent and helpful, both of them are very pretty I must say :). They gave me excellent advice on where to go and where to eat.

Very clean hotel, spacious room, they provide shampoo, soap etc and clean the room every day. Staff is nice. Small ants in the room. I mentioned it to the housekeeping and they tried to do something but the ants were back the say after Downside is it is very noisy.... you can hear everything in the hallway and your neighboor. People are slamming doors, dragging chairs, talking loud in the hallway and this in the middle of the night. You can hear the housekeepers in the morning in the hallway as well. If you are there to relax and sleep it's probably not the right hotel for you. The soundproof is terrible. I informed the person at the frontdesk and tild me they will take care of it but I'm not sure they can do anything about it. The noise was constent even after i complain but I just gave up

Money had been stolen from the room. Hotel management was not willing to investigate the case.

Pros: Nice, clean new hotel, friendly staff, easy check-in and don't need to wait for 2pm, near the night market, restaurants. Cons: Far from the beach, other two rooms we occupied is fine but 501 have got that distinctive smell maybe from wooden material used All in all a nice stay

Brand new hotel”

Only open since Dec 2015, it's modern and comfortable. Good value for money on a rather expensive island. This hotel is not a resort, but it makes a good base to sample the night market restaurants and explore the beaches of Phu Quoc by motorbike. The staff are friendly and try to be heplful but most don't speak much English - I'm sure this has to do with the fact that everyone is fairly new on the job. Give it a couple of months and it'll be fine.

位置就在夜市，我们晚上8:25下的飞机，到之后进城吃海鲜很方便，当时想作为中转的。但是我非常不开心的是，这家酒店居然要押我的护照！！我拒绝后还是向我护照照了相的。下一次我是绝对不住这家了的！

Hôtel neuf à deux pas du night Market ”

Cet hôtel est tout neuf et idéalement placé (Attention ne donne pas sur la mer) mais dans une artère principale juste derrière. A 2 minutes à pieds du night Market. Il n'y a pas de meulleure situation pour visiter l'île du sud au nord depuis le bluesky. Les chambres sont neuves et très bien décorées (modernes). Service excellent Point noir : le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais...

룸키는 하나만 준다. 방은 습하고 덥기때문에 외출할때 에어컨을 켜두고 싶지만, 그것은 불가능하다. 패밀리룸은 커서 좋다. 발을 닦는 타월은 매우 더럽다. 침대는 편하다. 샴프가 머리카락을 거칠게 만든다. 비누와 면봉을 싸고 있는 봉지는 잘 열리지 않는다.
