A lovely bijoux hotel”

Our stay here was a real treat, the rooms are lovely, spacious, clean and well set up. We had a balcony with table and chairs. Mrs Nong the hotel manager is a delight, she makes you feel like family and will help you with anything she can - nothing was too much trouble. It is a quiet spot yet close to the shops, bars and market and the beach is less than 5 minutes walk. Just perfect, we will definitely stay here again - thank you Mrs Nong for such a wonderful stay.

Hidden gem”

A lovely hotel in Lamai, very close to the beach, Big C mini and a 711 down a few yards from the main bar and restaurant street in Lamai. The rooms are very nice with good AC, WIFI, flatscreen tv, fridge, kettle & toaster the staff here are very nice and couldn't be more helpful - one of the nicest places I have stayed. I won't stay anywhere else now in Lamai.

I made a simple booking for Bonny Hotel”

My plane arrived late. But all turns out better from airport transfer to hotel. Well arranged transportation of course with some fees. The cleaniness of the bed, room, floor, toilet are 5 star. Bed sheet and room smells clean linen. A walking distance to Sunday Lamai Night market, Mc Donald’s, beaches, mini-mart and you can get a good breakfast 2 mins walk. The staff are awesomely friendly. My family and I enjoyed the safety, cleaniness and convenience of the location. We totally love this place. We will go back to Bonny Hotel again.

Many Thanks to the owner who was so helpful because i forgot somehting in the other Hotel in Chaweng, The Bonny Hotel is in a quiet location and beach access is in walking distance about 5-8 Minutes. You get affordable rooms with good beds. The staff is outstanding. You feel like in a family. Will come back any time. Love Lamai Beach.

We booked 3 rooms at this place as 2 bookings, so I'll leave 2 copies of the same review. The host - Nong - was very friendly and helpful, and many other hosts should learn from her. Her English is quite good - and that's rare in Thailand at least based on our experience. The hotel is located rather close to the main night activities (bars, etc) but it's a bit off the road and the rooms face the opposite direction, so you don't hear much noise from the bars. On the other hand, the electricity wires are so close to some of the rooms and they sing all the time like cicadas. Not very good, but ok. The beach is around 10 minutes walking. There are many cafes and restaurants, a street food market, supermarkets are everywhere. If you walk 5-10 minutes South via the main road you'll find cheaper cafes with good food (one of them is "Kangaroo"). Nong has bikes for rent, and the big supermarket (Tesco Lotus) is around 1.2km from the hotel. Overall, we're very happy about our stay here.

Good clean but dated hotel”

Staff are very helpful, but no safety boxes in the rooms. There are lockers down stairs but swallow 20 baht every time you close them, so a hidden cost especially if you stay for a while and access valuables regularly.

Very kind staff”

I stayed the hotel about 10 days. There is no security box in the room, but they are keeping customers safety for 24 hours. They are Very kind and honest every day. but if you want to get short time lover in Lamai, I never recommend this hotel. Because they think so very sad if you invite a short time lover from any bar.

This is such a fantastic place to stay. My husband and I felt at home here. The staff are all amazing and hospitable. They helped us figure out the area when we arrived, helped book day trips, and helped us reschedule our transportation as we left the island early because of a tropical storm. So very very helpful and delightful people. The room was great for what we needed. It had a bed, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, tv, closet, and hot water. There was WiFi but I think we were at the edge of its range, so it wasn’t the strongest. Will definitely stay here when we visit Koh Samui again!
