สามีและฉันมีความสุขมากที่เราได้พบรีสอร์ทนี้ สามีฉันเสมอพูดถึงว่าฉันเลือกเล่นและเลือกเล่นมาก แต่ฉันจริงๆไม่มีอะไรที่จะบ่นเกี่ยวกับรีสอร์ทบูบู ทุกอย่างเป็นสิ่งที่สมบูรณ์แบบ...ตั้งแต่เรามาถึงจนกว่าเราจะเช็คเอาท์ อาหารเช้าและเมนูอาหารอาละ carte ยอดเยี่ยมมาก (ถ้ามีใครบ่นเกี่ยวกับราคาแสดงว่าพวกเขาไม่เข้าใจความหมายของคุณภาพ) พนักงานรีสอร์ทเป็นมิตร/อบอุ่น/เป็นประโยชน์ (โดยเฉพาะอาเวย์, แจ็กสัน, คงและป้าที่อายุมาก.... แท้จริงแล้วทุกคน) ห้องพักสะอาดและสบายสุดๆ และแม้กระทั่งฝักบัว/อ่างล้างมือก็มีคุณภาพ (Grohe) เราได้รับการบริการค็อกเทลฟรีทุกวัน (ตั้งแต่ 4-6 โมงเย็น) รวมถึงขนมว่าง สิ่งที่น่าทึ่งไม่ใช่เพราะเครื่องดื่มฟรี...แต่สิ่งที่น่าทึ่งคือบริการ ส่วนใหญ่พนักงานรีสอร์ท/โรงแรมที่มีเครื่องดื่มฟรีจะไม่มีความสุขในการให้บริการ แต่อาเวย์และแจ็กสันของบูบูจะมาถึงเก้าอี้ชายหาดและสอบถามว่าเราต้องการสั่งเครื่องดื่มฟรีหรือไม่ เขาเป็นคนที่ยิ้มแย้ม ตลกขบขันและมีความสุข เรารักรีสอร์ทนี้และรอคอยที่จะกลับมาเพราะทุกคนที่นี่ทำงานร่วมกันได้ดีมาก...หรืออาจจะเป็นครอบครัวมากกว่า และฉันแน่นอนว่าฉันสามารถรู้สึกได้ถึงความเป็นเพื่อนและความอบอุ่นของพวกเขา เราเคยไปที่โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในโลกและฉันต้องบอกว่ามันเป็นสิ่งที่นานาสัยที่จะมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีภายในทีม ทำได้ดีมาก Bubu และโปรดดำเนินการต่อไปอย่างดี!!! เราจะเห็นคุณแน่นอนเร็วๆนี้ 😊🤗
Perfect Family Getaway: Beautiful Beach, VIP Service, and Great Location Near Jetty!”
My stay at the chalet was fantastic! The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent VIP service, making the stay even more enjoyable. The beautiful beach with clear blue water was right in front of the chalet, perfect for my child to enjoy. Plus, it's conveniently close to the jetty, so no need to walk far. It was such a relaxing and wonderful experience. I will definitely repeat my stay here again. Highly recommend!

Credit to Esther from Bubu KL Rep - that always assist me countless times for rescheduling my reservation due to flight cancelations, covid, weather etc. I appreciate your prompt response. High 5 to F&B team for the hospitality and always gives us big smiles at Santai Cafe. Cant wait for cocktail and breakfast times. Informative and friendly F&B staff like Fairus and others makes us comfort. Thanks to the Chef, the breakfast is simple with quality and healthy. Next goes to Karl and frontdesk that always apologize for any inconvenience caused. Last but not least to Besut Rep (forgot the name), giving a helping hand when reaching the land. Do maintain - welcome drink - cocktail - quality of breakfast - room amenities Pay attention on 1) Safety, Security and SOP. Lifejacket must be provided even in transit few meters away from jetty using small boat to big Bubu boat. No excuse. Accidents can occur anywhere. With appropriate safety precautions and awareness, many accidents can be avoided or prevented. The front liners must be trained well on safety and security. You are island people and you fit with the environment, but guests are not. During certain conditions, you shall lead/update your guest your jetty transit method/way/risk. "Your Safety is Our Priority" 2) Awareness, Care and Educate your Guest Bubu has its own premium legacy since many years ago, and people come with high expectation as what they paid and heard. Because you are Special. For eg. give warning/signage on high wave/strong current of ocean. Encourage of life jacket use on beach swimming. "Your Safety is Our Priority" 3) Appreciate to place some showers or tap at garden before entering the room. This is to protect your room flooring from salt water and sand.

We had a wonderful stay, amazing staff especially the catering, fresh croissants and pain au chocolat and Asian breakfast with fresh fruit juice blended and omelettes made on request included, we ended up eating all three dinners here too, wonderful chefs and kitchen staff, well done! The rooms and beds were really comfortable and we felt really pampered, well done 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇!
Bubu Resort”
I stayed in Bubu Resort in June 2023. The cleanliness, food, service and amenities were excellent. The beach is very clean. The massage is very good. And it is not too near to the party, hence I could sleep well and yet very near to the jetty. The second hotel from the jetty. No climbing of stairs required. With that, rates is a little bit on the higher side. Just wish it was slight lower rate, then I could signed up for a diving course and stayed here for 6 days 5 nights instead of 3 days 2 nights :)
