Customer service that exceeds expectation”
Excellent service from the time of check-in to departure. The hotel provides a nice lounge for guests to sit and enjoy drinks and snacks while the hotel staff processes your check-in. Hotel looks into every aspect to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. The in-room amenities are of good quality and the hotel even provides different repellents in case there are mosquitoes. The hotel serves you complimentary glass of juice and bottled water at the pool without you asking for them. However, the hotel should make known to their guests the things they will do and provide before the guest checks in. For example, we do not know that the hotel provides free pressing for clothes and so, we did not bring clothes that are more suitable when we went for fine dining.

Check in process was lacking”
We were booked for a constellation room but the staff insisted their system shows that we have a deluxe room booked. They let us wait for close to 2 hours before offering us an “upgrade” to a constellation room which we were indignant about as we did pay for a constellation room. They did try to perform service recovery with a further upgrade to a villa which we declined as it wasn’t what we wanted. In the kind we accepted their offer of a dinner and late checkout due to the late check in tone when we finally got to our room after al the hookah.

Staycation with my wife to celebrate her birthday and the biggest compliment I can give is that I don’t think it,s going to be easy to beat a stay at capella. Started with a room upgrade and the attention to details by the staff left a lasting impression, as they made the birthday celebration truly memorable. From personally going through the features of the room to making every effort to make your stay pleasant, really a class above the rest! Positives: -Room was spacious and well equipped. Awesome amenities too -Facilities are top notch (multiple pools mean that it’s never too crowded and the pool side service makes a real difference. Gym is also well equipped and in good condition, despite the hotel celebrating its 10 year anniversary - not sure if there was a revamp) - Lounge/Library is a nice place to chill over some tea time drinks and small bites - Restaurant/Bars: a visit to Cassia for their dim sum is a Must! Applaud Bryan and his team. Great to chill in the late evening at bob,s bar over some of their concoctions - fairly reasonable priced considering the location Negatives (nit picking here): - bed sheets could be better, had much smoother sheets in other hotels - the bathroom taps are really stiff and difficult to turn especially when your hands are wet - Bfast at Knolls had the same impeccable service standards by the staff al

The place is so beautiful. Everything is in tip top condition. Staff is helpful and friendly. Staff name Jani from the swimming pool area gave our kids a complimentary peacook plush toy. That is a great way for memories. Thank you!

The villa was really spacious and beautifully furnished. Surroundings were tranquil and lush, did not feel like we were still in Singapore. The staff were very thoughtful and friendly - we asked for wine glasses before heading out for a few hours. When we returned, besides the wine glasses there was also a bucket of ice - which they have clearly been replacing so that we have fresh ice when we eventually return.

A modern sanctuary”
Not my first stay here and would definitely come back again. Room was upgraded to suite, love the living room and the view. The room was comfortable in every way. Aesop bathroom amenities. Tree pool is the best. The lower level is shallower, suitable for family, and the upper one is quiet for adults. Staff brought us water, I remember back then they brought snacks (chocolate coated ice cream balls). I always spend time at their library. They used to serve cakes. They still serve tea, and cookies. It was a peaceful place for a read. You should walk around the hotel area and you would very likely bump into peacocks.

Room dinning ”
We had our room Dinning during our stay. It was unfortunate for the guy who brought our food as he was a Malay which I believe would be a Muslim. I cansense he was rather nervious when our dog started barking when he was setting up the food as he asked me whether our dog was under control (of course it was as my son was holding it). Maybe the management should take into consideration to not send a Muslim to deliver food if that particular room has a dog staying with them. We never know what will happen if the dog ran to the Muslim guy. Beside this, it has always been a good staycation for our family for the past few times.

The only down side of staying in a hotel in Sentosa is that you need to travel quite a bit to get out to the city centre. But if you're looking for an idyllic holiday/staycation and not intending to go out of the hotel much, this is perfect.

Booked the Constellation Room and we were given some "welcome back" chocolates as it was our 2nd time staying with Capella. Check in service was not as warm and friendly as the 1st time but the overall experience was still fantastic.

You haven't experienced luxury until you've been to Capella”
Everything from Capella was amazing from the seated check in experience, pool side service, personal letter from the directing manager and instant room service on the phone. On top of that the room was short of nothing. Nice soft but firm beds, bose home theater system, remote controled blinds and lights and the very spacious bathroom was lined with AESOP skin care products. To finish it off all drinks in the fridge were complimentary and amenities are free to use for the rest of the day after check out. This included the library which was a great place to unwind with tea and biscuits while browsing the web on free wifi and waiting for the flight out.

It’s a great quiet place to getaway from the city. Staff make you feel welcome at all times and the villa make you feel like home. It’s very comfortable, private and nice place to spend time with family. It’s been a yearly routine for my family to spend a getaway together.

The staff service was top notch. All of them were sincere and friendly. You get greetings when you walk around in the hotel. There is a library where you can chill and relax. It is quiet and away from the hustles of the city life so it is a great place to relax. The room is very nice and clean. The Bose sound system was great and can connect to your bluetooth devices. It has a great sea view from the bedroom and the bath tub. Mini bar was provided without additional costs. They have some interesting programs such as Yoga, cooking class, wine tasting, where you can enjoy without having to get out of the hotel. The staff are also very courteous and helpful. They recommended great places for dining as well.
Excellent stay. The management upgraded us to premier suite as it was my wife's birthday. We were also allowed to bring our dog which was a very special experience. Everything was superb, except that it can be a little pricey.

This is the first time I stayed in Capella Hotel. I was really amazed by the hotel's hospitality. The staff were helpful and informative. It has amazing view and very spacious room. Definitely will stay here again if I ever travel to Sentosa Island again.
