second time staying at here staff is so friendly, reach hotel 8am and they let us for early check in due to carrying babies and driver too tired. the room is clean and tidy the location is excellent for me! love it so much

The hotel is new, Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Near to Wine Village and Rim Rua buffet. We parked at the basement carpark. Far from Lee Garden Plaza. Suitable for those with transport.

I have stayed this hotel for about 2years when I visit hadyai and everytime it was good both the hotel and staff. This time I booked wrong booking like double booked 4rooms for the same day but actually I wanted to book for the next day, I asked the hotel to help me switch the date for me and hotel staff help me about this. Thank you so much! I already booked for my next stay.

Location is strategic. We booked a room with 1 queen bed n 1 single bed. The room is clean, big and accommodate our family of four comfortably (2 adults and 2 kids). Staffs were polite and helpful. Parking was not a problem at all. The only suggestion is that the ironing facility should be provided at every level instead of just one iron and one ironing board at the lobby area.

Location okay. Very clean. The only thing that need to be improve is your staff’s manner who’s incharged on 31st Oct 2019 morning as a receptionist. We forgot to get her name. She’s kinda rude to us. Overall 5 ⭐️
