Nice, peaceful place”
Very nice resort, quite and peaceful - exactly what we were looking for. You can relax there and enjoy privacy. We were staying at junior suites which are in the southern part. Each group of junior suite houses has its own pool, so you can pick the one you like, less crowded, etc. Plenty of options to pick your sunbed - at the pool, closer to the beach, shadowed by trees, so no rush to get one. There is also another beach on the northern side - we went there once - but this one is public and more lively - we like our private and quite southern one more. Overall excellent experience, great food, staff polite and friendly. The only minor downside of the location - if I was to pick one - is that there is not many options to wander around, outside of the resort - we wanted to try local food and it's basically only 1 or 2 places available and relatively long walk.
The hotel located private corner of island. Well trained staff are very helpful anytime. Room is large and clean. Nice balcony with Fan was nice to spend evenings with sea view. The boathouse was not that flexible to use. Also there was tigh on south beach which made us can’t use any thing from the boat house until 3( they pick up around 4:45). North beach is nice to snockling with Cora under. But beach is public. About quarter of the beach is full of hiring boats parked. And too many local people try to sell fishing trip or day chart. There aren’t any sunbeds on the beach. Sun beds are all at the egdge of beach on the hotel ground. It was very close enough to access beach but not having umbrella can’t be annoying when you go raining season. We hired a car but so many thing to do inside resort we end up not using much. But hotel restaurant is expensive and there is only one restaurant close by resort. I recommend you get half bord. Foods were delicious all restaurant!
This hotel is practically perfect in every way - the setting is pure paradise: lush greenery all around; a breathtaking environment of the beautiful hillsides and mangrove forests dipping down to a turquoise ocean with crystal-clear waters full of fish and diamond radiance, bordered by powder white sand. The staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. The food is a little pricey but out of this world and the accommodation is completely comfortable and designed for the utmost comfort. Guests get complimentary access to a wonderful spa (before 2:00pm). Totally recommend.
Overcharged and underdelivered ”
For the amount of money you are charging at least train your staff to deliver a 5stars service and not be rude .Treating customers as if they are at a low end cheap vacation rather then delivering the least descent respect to them .Most of your staff have no clue which industry they are in .Finally i cannot understand how a 5 stars resort over a two joint mattresses as a single queen bed
Amazing facilities, very hospitable staff, tasty cousin, enjoyed every minute spent there. ”
Everything is just perfect. The resort situated on a separated peninsula. Yes, the beaches in Seychelles are public, but due to location there hardly any stranger. The resort is spread quite spaciously, we didn't even want /need to leave it. Spent there 4.5 days, but definitely would like to spend more. Lots of facilities that are free of charge: tennis courts with equipment, kayaks, paddle boards, windsurfing equipment, snorkeling equipment, gym, yoga sessions. Small rental payment for bikes. Some payable activities such as zip line, waterfall hiking, mangrove kayaking, windsurfing lessons, marine park snorkeling and diving, spa, etc. We would for sure recommend this resort and we'll be looking forward to come back here.

Wedding and Holiday”
We had our wedding at Constance Ephelia with a few of our family and friends. We were all well looked after from the start. We had suites and a pool villa and all the rooms are top standard, just as their service is. The wedding coordinator Juliana did an amazing job she did everything for us and more. The buggy drivers knew us and were friendly with us. Most of the staff from the restaurant, to room service to bell boys were very nice. Jacqueline from room service was amazing too and very engaging to us. The resort is stunning and lots to do and see for everybody. We will always go back to this place and would recommend it to friends who are looking to go to Seychelles for a holiday.
Well, it was a remarkable experience and enjoyed it to the max with the availability of beaches, restaurants, beautiful nature and surroundings. I have only two remarks: 1. the club cars roaming in the resort should be visiting more frequently the clusters of junior suits which are away few hundreds meters from main entrance, reception and Corrosso restaurant. 2. in the Toilet, the missing part is the cleaning hose (shattaf). Please consider fixing in the near future.
Irresistible Touch of African Jewel”
Simply Love it ! Thanks loads for all the friendly and helpful staffs in Constance Ephelia Resort that leave us a wonderful anniversary and birthday celebration in Seychelles. Huge compound of the resort, all-in-one, made you feel reluctant to go out from the resort. If you are looking for some adventurous activities, highly recommended you guys to go for the Ephelia Trail that arranged by the resort on every Friday. You would be able to experience another part of Port Launay and secluded beach, feel the incredible touch of mother nature. Perfect for honeymooner and family, the spa in the resort is a must. There is also a place for Giant Tortoise, you will have a chance to feed these tortoise everyday by 4pm. Basically everything within your reach in the resort. A lovely stay with Constance Ephelia Resort !
Top notch hospitality, extremely friendly employees from management all the way down the chain who go out of their way to make you comfortable, great location, sprawling property, loads of activity for both adults and children. Highly recommended to everyone.
We were the guests of the hotel for one night only. The hotel is amazing in its beauty, service of the highest standard, excellent rooms clean and beautiful. Breakfast and dinner varied and rich - abundant, meticulous and very high quality. The hotel has a range of free water sports activities. The hotel staff are pleasant, courteous and courteous.
Did not enjoy it.”
Foods was not as expected and I face an issues with room air condition were not cooling for 2 days without any tangible solution to fix it from the maintenance team or management. Rooms service lack of experience in managing time when delivering food to the room.
overall it was satisfying”
located in the other side of the island. staying inside of the resort for 4days wasn't enough! fantastic facilities to use at the guests' convenience. staff? not very satisfied but overall it was a great stay.
Junior suite was a good size and well equipped. Beautifully-landscaped grounds. 1.3m pools associated with rooms are not really deep enough.. South beach very shallow and not good for swimming, north beach some way away excellent. Food selection and choice good in all restaurants.
Excellent resort at an exceptional location, very good service, somewhat expensive”
The resort is located on a peninsula on the western side of Mahe, just a 40 minute drive from the airport. A beautiful mangrove forest is "hosting" the resort, all houses and restaurants are hiding there - keeping a healthy balance with the surrounding flora and fauna. Amazing location! Arriving in the morning we were greeted by the staff, were given some refreshments and a small continental breakfast while our check-in paperwork was done by the staff. Although the official check-in time is 2PM we got our room at about 11AM, a good start! We stayed at a Junior Suite close to the south beach. The small houses have 6 JS-s each, the rooms are beautifully decorated and are spacey with all the amenities you may want. With half board you have a hearty breakfast buffet every morning. A continental subset is available from 4:30AM (!) if you need to leave early on the last day - nice gesture I have not yet seen elsewhere. For dinners you can decide which of the 5 restaurants you want to eat at. We tried 3, Corossol, Seselwa, Helios - all of them had themed buffets with high quality food, wide variety of starters, mains and desserts. Staff is always very helpful and polite. The beaches are beautiful, the south one is shallow and always has calm water, on low tide you can almost walk to the opposite small island. The north has more life, more waves and attracts fans of water sports or diving. Both are covered with white sand, have pure water and nice rocks around. Never crowded - usually just a few people around, especially at the small bays just around the rocks at the south beach. Kayaks and paddle boats are available for free. The resort is located just next to the Morne Seychellois National Park - if you are fan of trekking you can find some nice trails there. We went to the one climbing up to Morne Blanc - steep path up to the peak but worth it having an amazing view from the top. The resort is somewhat expensive - but if you are looking for an excellent locatio
Best Price Quality resort”
All the service, location and installations are perfect....the place is a dream oriented location and attention to detail....make sure that you are familiar with all they offer, and take as much advantage as you can....we found the last day many things that we could do, and now we must come next year again...;)
Excellent resort with so many things to do from one location. Beautiful facilities, cool and helpful staff, amazing beach and hiking trails, zip line, sushi to die for at Cyann restaurant! Largest resort in Indian Ocean! A must visit!!
We have chosen this resort as was recommended by or friends. Overall our stay was nice. However, there are few things that that should be pointed out. For 5 stars rated resort there are lack of staff. When we arrived to hotel we have waited for more than 1 hour to get our luggage transported from reception to our room (this is very unpleasant having in mind long trip till we reached the final destination). Lack of personnel can be also spotted during breakfast where you need to wait a lot if you go for fresh prepared eggs or pancakes. Furthermore, during the day while enjoying on beautiful beach or around pool there is only one guy in charge for everything. In our room we didn't get slippers provided and also menu/costs of the mini bar was missing. Be aware that there is rainy and you would need umbrela. One provided be hotel was broken. One of the bed lights in our room was not working. There is nice shower in room. But on the other side you have bath on which handle is not fixed and not working properly. One more point related to the toilet: there is toilet brush missing. Transport: take the taxi as is much cheaper and completely acceptable (compared to one offered by resort). You can also take local transport/bus if you want to go to Victoria. Ask for bus schedule/itinerary at the reception. Recommendation: take half board (breakfast and dinner). It is completely worth the difference in price. Generally, food offered in this resort is really good. Go to Seselwa restaurant with local specialties. It is absolutely for recommendation. They are offering long vine list which is more like vine book - we haven't seen one like this for a long time. They have vines starting from 1950's! There are also nice cocktails in ZEE BAR but problem is that the same cocktail was fantastic one day and the next day was even not recognizable (too much ice and no fruits). This may be also due to lack of skilled staff.
furniture was a bit overwhelming and not smartly done. they have a iron fram lamp hanging from the ceiling near the bed that i banged in my head so many times, because it is hung just at the right place to be out of line of sight and hit the forehead, other furniture was so much it made the room hard to move around in.
