Dirty bedsheets ”

There is no slipper or towel in the room. but it’s understandable considering its a budget choice. What’s a bit off is the bed sheet, little smelly and yellow-ish... I had rashes which went away 2 hours after waking up... and, mosquitoes!

There was no buffet, just poor breakfast . the excuse for this was COVID. The TV had black dots on the screen. The refrigerator did not keep food and drinks cold and it was not close to the beach. Also the bathroom was poorly vented and the smell was terrible at times. However, the staff was friendly and they did keep the place clean. I cannot say I would stay here again.

Great Service, great location, great facilities. Only problem is that it is quite old we found blood stains and burn holes on our sheets which weren't so pleasant.

Budget place for few nights stay”

I stayed here for 3 nights. Pros: good value for money, as I dont mind walking about 400-500 m to the beach across the main road, the beach is clear, clean and quiet. Staff are attentive, bed is comfy. Cons: breakfast is not that good so better book room without breakfast, bedsheet is not clean with blood stains, alot of mosquitoes 🦟...

We are 23pax including 2 infants and 3 childrens. Nice breakfast, just communication a bit problem as only 1 or 2 staff can speak good english. But the hospitality very good. The room so cosy, quiet place. Walking to free bus stop to Vinpearl about 3mnts (bus stop located at the main road, in front of the coffee shop), taxi (vinasun) to night market very cheap (make sure using meter taxi) about 50k. Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is off the main road about 5 min in- my room faced the pool , mostly quiet, friendly staff. There are plenty of places to eat /coffee shops/stores on the main road. The beach is walking distance (ask the reception desk). Visiting during border lockdown so less tourists around. There are many places to stay but for the money this was a good deal. The only issue (not a big one) is that the bathroom (nice size) got wet when it rained as the rain sips through the glass top. maybe only my room but I didn't mind it.

The communication is a bit hard though as most of the staff didn’t speak English, but they try hard to understand and use Google translate on the phone. One of the male staff is helping me kept my baby food on the kitchen freezer. Every morning I will find him and asking him to take the food out, as other staff didn’t understand what I’m saying. Sorry that I forgot your name, but I truly appreciated your kindness. The location quiet remote, but very easy. Just walk down to main road about 4 minutes, there’s plenty of coffee shop, mini mart. If you planning to go to Vinpearl Land, the free shuttle bus will stop at the coffee shop at the junction at the main road. Super convenience and will save you lots of money. You need to take a taxi to go to Night Market. Around 40k Dong only using metered taxi (Vinasun Taxi). Overall, I’m satisfy and recommend this hotel especially for family travelers.

I'm travelling with a group of people (infant, children, adult) for company trip on mid Feb 2020. The room is clean, has refrigerator, nice big and comfy bed, TV for entertainment, water boiler to make milk for baby, spacious room so the kids can play on the floor. Wi-Fi was okay as I didn't use much, quite slow sometimes. The shower has hot water, but no roof. Just keep the toilet door shut to keep from bugs and mosquitoes. Breakfast was excellent, just enough to keep you full. We are Muslim so we have some restriction on food, we did ask for scramble egg without any meat, the lady didn't understand first but she figured out what we saying later. The next day and the day after, to our surprise they made vegetarian fried rice and noodle, they are so thoughtful.
