Great stay in Munnar”
Location: Heart of the city so it accessible to a lot of places. THis is a great stay if you would like to wind up and stroll around the market in the evening/night Room: Very spacious rooms with a decent bed and a lot of sofa space. It comes with a Balcony (ask for view of the park). The bathroom is adequate. Food: The breakfast spread was really good. Dont forget to try their milkshake. Parking: Ample parking available on site. Facilities: The park is a great park to relax and is set up really well. It has a small cave which is a nice addition along with a small tree house. Great of them to provide a campfire free of cost everyday with some lovely music. There is one swing and a see-saw which should help entertain young kids. Cons: 1. The bathroom hand gun was leaking 2. The central water heater is not great. The water was never hot. On the last day there was plumbing issues and we just couldn't use the water since it was cold. 3. They don't clean the rooms everyday. We stayed there 4 days and they never cleaned the rooms or requested to.
Great views”
Just on the outskirts of the center, we had a clean large room with views over the town. Friendly staff, large clean room, walkable to the center, nice breakfast buffet. We had twice the evening buffet for dinner which was very nice and worth the price. Happily stay here again
Good and comfortable stay”
We just checked out today and spent 4 nights at the property (26-29 Apr). The room was spacious, had a good balcony with view overlooking mountains and the main road. The balcony was a nice place to Lade around with a cup of tea in the morning and evenings as well. A special mention and thanks to two people - Mr. Anthony at the Front Desk and The Restaurant Manager. Both of them were very helpful and courteous. The Restaurant manager always smiled inspite of having pressure at the restaurant managing guests. Mr. Anthony never said no, and helped out for everything required. Over all a good and comfortable stay. Variety of food options is an area to be improved upon.
