Room was different from the photo. Killed around 5 small cockroaches. Second lock key unavailable. ”
A lot of small roaches in the kitchen. Actual room was different from the photo when I booked it. Second lock key was unavailable. When i asked for it, they said "it's really like that" which makes no sense. Did not check in at the lobby. It was like an airbnb sort of booking, which I didn't like. No housekeeping. Cleaning was to be done every five days per contact person Grace. Agoda should not have this type of booking as it's unsecure and confusing. Never going back again.
Unprofessional and unexperienced host”
Very unprofessional host. Check in was 12nn and we only got to open the door at 3pm. No proper endorsement w concierge. Soap at the bathroom wasn't even new. And host didn't even mention that the pool was under maintenance.
Booked here but you're not dealing with Gramercy ”
We booked here thinking we're dealing with Gramercy but its another company entirely. They didn't contact me on concerns on my booking, but on the day of arrival, they cannot accommodate us at Gramercy, and they are instead transferring us which is a few yards away. We wanted to have a "feel" of Gramercy. And apparently, they were still contacting an owner who will accommodate us! I met the owner right when they were calling to get us accommodated! What a scam. They're offering the place but they don't own the units/rooms and just contact owners who are willing to rent it out. This is a first for us, because we thought we were booking a condotel. We wanted to experience the place because we wanted to buy a unit. Gramercy should look into this. I have no problems with property manager that leases condo units, but the kind of service I got here is below average. The staff (lobby personnel) are just there to do their jobs but would never smile nor greet residents or guests in the building (saw the same in Gramercy). The receptionist/s just told me to sit and wait for someone to show me my room... and someone did come... to get me to the other building! There's no parking for guests by the way, so we had to park at the nearby mall at our expense. The other condotel we stayed at the other week was much better and its a 3 minute walk from Gramercy. But then our intention in staying at Gramercy is to experience the amenities... which we didn't. We got dumped at another place instead. Anyway, I would think the building materials would be similar. We were given a room at the 60th floor and we can still hear the car horns, some karaoke and other noise from the streets below. Are the walls made of gypsum boards? I will never go back.
