As the name of this hotel suggest, marvellous indeed! Marvellous mainly because service is so good. Marvellous because the team make sure you are well take care of. Pls accept our love and 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Let's put it simply, if you want a perfect hotel, with new and modern facilities, perfect location and cheap price, it is not. But the service here is top notch and I feel safe and very well taken care of by the team of professional hospitality staff and management. Price is also really competitive and reasonable. We stayed in the junior suite as we have three people in our group. Room is spacious. Pls accept our gratitude! We will be back again and will definitely stay here in Hanoi Marvellous Hotel and spa! Hotel manager- amazing follow up service! Thank you for sorting out the Aircon issues. Hanoi was so so hot in august but you never gave up in making our stay more comfortable in every way possible. Bellhop Extremely well mannered and helpful. They are on the ball and always ready to help. Hotel lobby smells amazing and cleanliness is great. Location: I appreciate we are in the middle of action but the road is not narrow and chaotic because there is a big roundabout with wide roads in front of the property and also right opposite cafes, huge market (hang da) and food alley and famous pho, bun cha and banh mi. It is also in the old quarter which is a huge attraction. I can walk to various places on foot. Saving me some cash from cabbing unnecessarily. Food - not a super extensive spread, if you want a buffet, you will not be impressed but with that said, I m appreciative of their approach to not waste food. They kept the spread small but good. The fact that they allow you to order pho or pancakes, eggs in the morning ( limited to two orders) is Amazing and generous. Please try their pho and omelette, it is really 😋 yummy! Finally, it was an unforgettable trip and amazing stay! I will be back 😄
Wonderful Stay in Hanoi – Exceptional Service from Grace and Iris”
I recently stayed at Marvellous Hotel & Spa and had an incredible experience with my family, thanks in large part to the amazing staff. Grace was particularly outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering personalized recommendations, and making us feel truly welcome. Her warmth and attention to detail made our stay memorable. Whether we needed advice on restaurants, directions, or places to explore, Grace was there with a smile and a solution. I also want to thank Iris for her constant support throughout our trip. She was always available to help with anything we needed- very professional and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be back—largely due to the incredible hospitality from Grace and Iris.

Love the service from all the staff at Hanoi Marvellous Hotel, they were very helpful from check in till we left, especially Grace who was very attentive to details and made our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The location is very strategic, walkable to most areas of interest and a variety of food options nearby. Room is clean and spacious, facilities well maintained. Would return here the next time I'm in Hanoi.

My partner and I got a last minute discount and stayed here for one night. We're not very spendy-- more the backpacker type-- so without the discount, we probably would not have considered staying here. That being said, we spent two nights in a far lesser-quality hostel in the old quarter beforehand, and were so relieved and delighted by the luxury and comfort provided here. The staff, being warm and friendly and attentive to all of our needs, still felt easygoing and relaxed in their work. We had to leave early in the morning and miss our breakfast, so Vivian arranged for sandwiches and fresh fruit be ready for us to take to-go. We were so appreciative to discover that beautiful ripe, precut mango was included for our indulgence. We stayed in the Superior Double room. Non-smoking is necessary for us for health reasons, and there was not a trace of odor, smoke or otherwise. There is some ambient outdoor light from a window that isn't accessible. The room was totally comfortable, clean, and spacious, and a welcome quiet haven from the energy of downtown Hanoi. A Canadian tourist's perspective. I would love to stay here again.
