I stay at this hotel every year. Sometimes once and year. Sometimes twice a year. I always bring a group with me. Without fail every single time we stay they add charges to our room that they shouldn't. I always have to tell those traveling with me to check their bill before they check out. For sure there will be a cost dispute. When you get home you usually find out later they charge you for something else that wasn't authorized. Then you have to spend time calling to get it resolved. Eventually they usually do refund the money, but why are they always scamming their customers? I can understand this happening once, but EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. NO! ... also the front desk staff and manager Jeremie are usually pretty rude, when they should be happy anyone is choosing to return to the hotel. Usually people are talking on the boat to the airport expressing their dissatisfaction. At least be nice to those that continue to return, otherwise you are definitely NOT in the hospitality business.

Stayed Several Times for Amenities”
I have taken groups to this hotel over the last 4 years for the convenience and amenities. There aren't many places to stay on the island which is the problem. I'd stay somewhere else if i could. The price is inflated for sure. Two things I cannot stand about this hotel. 1) it is common practice for them to lock you out of your room and hassle you quite a bit during your stay. They seem to have a problem keeping reservations issues settled. They often make mistakes and constantly bother you to come to the front desk. You are out on the island during the day and they lock you out of your room. They will call you at 6 AM bothering you & show up at your door early morning to hassle you. All the while it is ALWAYS their own mistake. This has happened on almost all my trips. 2) They always try to overcharge you so check your invoice good. They even charged clients credit cards months after leaving. Every time we stay we have disputes about incorrect charges. Front desk staff awful.

Unhappy in the beginning, but Hilton tried to help me some.”
The stay was not great in the beginning because I was not staying inside of the Hilton Hotel. I was staying at the Villas. Hilton does not run/represent those. So the Villas are horrible. The condo was never cleaned correctly and the T.V did not work in my bedroom. They promised to come and fix the T.V. and to bring towels. I had to walk up to the front 4 times and still they never did either one. We suffered through it and was ready everyday to go back to the states. Hilton did try and make up for the discomfort. My trip would have been better if I had been inside of the Hilton Hotel. Next time I will stay inside of the Hilton Hotel. I just needed a suite because there were 6 of us. There were no reasonable suites inside of the Hilton Hotel. It is so very hard to get in touch with the front desk. While at the pool, I noticed that there were some suites there. I would have paid any amount to stay in one, but I could never talk to anyone there. Can't bring the children on a trip there because there is just not enough room inside of the Hilton Hotel.

Hilton Bimini is a great place to stay, there seems to be some unexplainable costs on the bill.”
The Bar Staff, Randolph Farrington, Donathon, Christine, and Janea are exceptional staff Members, they all give excellent Service with Smiles on there Faces, with a Friendly Personality, This is the way All Hotel Staff must treat guests, if they wish for them to Return.
Love This Place But Training Needed in Restaurants”
This is my 2nd stay. I absolutely love this place and would stay here every time. We came when it was under a lot of construction and it was great. This time most construction done and restaurants were all open. If this place was full I don't know how they'd keep up with it. Staff needs additional training and need to learn to pay attention to details for example, if a sushi roll says it includes certain ingredients it should come that way - not completely different. In 3 cases the wrong combos or complete orders were incorrect. Know your menu. Also the wait staff needs more training in all the new restaurants. The original restaurant by the casino was fine. The others all need some help. Don't get me wrong. They were all friendly and would do what was needed to make things right, but we stayed for a week and it was always something. I will say that the managers always made things right and everyone was very helpful and polite. I also want to mention that the front desk managers, Kazee (sorry don't remember her exact name) and Jeremie are always friendly and helpful. We love staying here and look forward to coming back.

too easy for someone to charge things to your room using your room # and name...the restaurant writes your room # and name when they seat you...I had over $85 in alcohol in one day charged to my room # I have yet to see copies of the receipts with the name of who signed for them because I was in South Bimini the day this happened, not even at the hotel, and if you look at every other day of my trip, you can see I charged NOTHING to my room, paid cash all week.The check out Woman working the checkout station said she would call within an hour with this settled...Its now almost 24 hrs and havent heard back yet.....

Will Stay Again”
It was great to stay in a new hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The pools and beach really nice. It was convenient to have a restaurant, bar and casino on the grounds.
Our stay was really good. We had a few incidents, but Jeremy, the front desk manager quickly, kindly and efficiently handled it all. He went above and beyond to take care of things. We were very appreciative. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. It really was a nice stay. Unlike most people who come to Bimini, we stayed for 7 days. Most people only stay for 2 days. We thoroughly enjoyed having lots of time to do things as well as relax. It was one of the best times we have had in a long time, and we travel a lot. The only downside to the whole trip was that food is way over-priced. Not only in the hotel, but also around the island. We easily paid $20 for breakfast each day and $20+ to easily $30 - $40+ if you eat a chicken or steak dinner - for me it was just a ceasar salad and a side dish of veges and that starts at $20 + everyone adds an 18% gratuity + tax.. it is crazy! ... so just be ready for that added expense. It was pretty shocking. We travel a lot and have never experienced such high prices for food. Other then the exorbitant food prices, it was great. We lead group spiritual journeys and will be bringing a group with us on our next visit since we had such a great experience with the hotel and around the island. It was a great stay.

Les piscines de l'hôtel hilton sont tres sales l'eau de la piscine du rez de chaussée etait verte !!! Et celle du 5 eme étage n'était pas entretenu on y trouve des residu au fond de leau comme des peau morte ou je ne sais quoi , vraiment dommage pour un si belle endroit

El hotel excelente, las villas estan ok pero tienen mucho todavia q mejorar y apeneder ”
Tienen muchos problemas con el personal no tienen , para comer en un restaurant se demoran mas de 1 hora en traer la comida y eso nones lo mas grave la traen deorsordenada, las entradas junti con los olatos pricipales, no traen la comida toda junta es un verdadero desastre. Las habitaciones de las villas ni tienen internet y tampoco funciona el telefono para cominicarse con el front desk . Bimini demasiado bello pero pienso q deben educar mejor a sus empleados como atender a los turistas.
