Happy and generally satisfied with stay ”
We are generally satisfied with the stay as compared to others we have stayed. Being thoughtful on the little things that make the customers stay feel inviting and welcomed. Value for money with basic shower and care items provided except for toothbrushes, something that we are used to, hence we enjoyed our stay very much. Son was pleased and happy too so its great! Complimentary tea and coffee. Machine, but no hot water kettle - had to use the coffee machine to make hot water a cup at a time for tea. Small issue. A fully stocked mini fridge w items for those who need it. Items were on the pricy side - but understandable.. and for sure a good to have! Shows the thoughtfulness of how to make travellers comfortable and feel at home. 👍🏻 Breakfast was a moderate spread, enjoyable. good enough for the morning. the seating area is pretty small and they only had 1 staff running the floor - which isn't ideal for the weekend crowd for table clearing/cleaning so more guests can sit at a clean table. We weren’t particular and understood so it wasnt a biggy for us. Only thing was the shower seemed to have limited amount of hot water for the first 1 short shower for 1 person and that’s it. Cold showers you will be having 😅 But refreshing if u enjoy cold showers during winter/Early spring. Overall we are still very happy with the ambience, the quality standard of what is provided for a clean & comfortable stay with kids. good service reception. We didn’t try the room service food or bar so no comments. Maybe on our next staycation…this would be our choice and recommendation for a value for money stay 😀
Dainty and Classic Hotel”
I traveled solo and the first thing I would like to share was I couldn’t express how beautiful the room was for the price that I paid. The beds and bathroom was clean and has all the basic necessities (except toothbrush and toothpaste so please bring your own). Breakfast was tasty as well with varieties of cheese, pastries and others. The location of the hotel is at a much quieter side of Prague, which could get pretty quiet at night. But it has direct access to the Kinsky Garden and Petrin tower located right in front of the hotel. Definitely recommended

Really old building which can be good if renovated properly, the whole bathroom smelled of mold, the bathroom was painted and everything but so moldy like you feel you're breathing it, air-conditioning was not working and only a humble fan for the whole room and it was quite hot when i was there, i had to be in that area as i was attending an event there, but its expensive for the offered quality, staff are friendly, the room overall was spacious and clean, breakfast is quite ok 3 types of ham, cereals veggies scrambled and fried eggs, bacon and sausage, beans and potato wedges

Below average receptionist. A bathrobe, a real coffee machine in the room, mini cosmetics - not every hotel has that at this price. There are minor shortcomings at breakfast - problematic hi-tech coffee machine, barely lukewarm dishes in the warm buffet. The request for a double bed was not answered (standard room not economy).
