Recently stayed 4 nights. Great location! 7 minutes from transit boats, 1 minute from Conad grocery across the street. Older hotel but comfortable. Unfortunately our room 232 had deficient Air Conditioning in this very hot Venice weather. Staff tried to fix in house but no report to us and no real solution, fan put in room 2 nights later. Had 3 nights of half nights sleep and sitting on the wooden chair to try to catch a little cold air. Last night no Ac at all; they did not call a licensed technician. We we are dissapointed in our stay and they shoudl credit us at least one night. So I am not happy but we are not difficult customers and the staff is great. But ineffective in solving our important AC problem. Yes it is hot and units perform less but it is also Hot in Florida and their Ac's work. We would stay again if the AC would be working. Great location, nice staff thk u, good breakfast but no investment in an effective solution for our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Boulevard and I am happy to say that I had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a classic charm that made my stay feel special. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request I had during my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The hotel is nice, the room was small but for me it was fine. The staff always helped with any issues i had with the room. The location is great if you like to be close to the beach. There are Boats that go to Venice. The cleanness of the room are ok, the breakfast is not good and not worth it. But overall i would recommend it

Very convenient location on the lido island. Friendly staff, we arrived early, hoping to store our luggage, but we were actually able to check in. Large room, we had triple for 2 of us, nice bathroom. Breakfast was also great. We would stay there again.
