Very nice hotel, new and clean. Great location. We stayed for 6 nights here. The room is very comfortable, bigger than other hotels in Japan. Tanukikoji is very near. Only 1 minute walk from the hotel

I stayed in the twin room of annex. Everyone in this hotel was so nice and the room condition was so much perfect. Especially When I checked in, I left my camera near the front table. Upon entering my room, I knew I had left it there. So I ran to the front as soon as possible, then the staff, who helped me check in, asked me why. I felt a little embarrassed and smiled saying 'Because of my camera'. Then he said 'I'm so sorry for not noticing and letting you know about that.' I was like, what?! Though the place I put my camera on couldn't be seen to him, he was very sorry for me. I was touched for his kindness. If I visit to Sapporo again, I'll definitely stay in here again.

Great Stay”
Stay here, the onsen is lovely, the mosaic wall art is really admirable. IT was what caught my eye when the ad popped up on my search. Great products. FREE massage chairs! Room was really spacious, a little simple but all you need. The feel of the hotel is very calming, a nice lobby area with books to browse and a free coffee machine. Good location where I have stayed many times. Close enough to Susukino for some fun times out, but not close enough for it to be noisy. Would stay again.

Great location, 1 min walk to Tanukikoji. Friendly staff and parking uncle. Superb facilities, with microwave, vending machine , ice dispenser machine at common area, massage chair and onsen spa also available at top floor. Highly recommend this place for your trip to Sapporo.

Can be reached in via a few subway lines. 10 mins walk to Odori Park, slightly longer to Susukino Station. Nearest subway station is Nishijuitchome, Exit 1 has elevator. Rooms were clean. Extremely comfortable mattress! Could do with a better pillow. Staff are very courteous and helpful.

Amazing Staff”
We had some trouble with our bookings, but the staff were very kind and help us through it. Standard sized room but it was very clean and comfy. The hotel has their own hot spring and massage and also free laundry and dryer.

Good hotel in Sapporo ”
Location: around 8 minutes away from the station by walk . Good location since it s near odori park Facility: nice and spacious room with public bath(if you keen to experience the Japanese way of life) . With massage chair too! Service: the front desk at the time when I arrive cannot speak english, but still they tried their best to explain to me the info. Plus! I had a mistake reserving a smoking room, so i asked for a non-smoking even I already entered the reserved room, with no hesitations, they allow to transfer me to a non smoking room and it s upgraded. One good trait, why I would definitely book this hotel again. Free coffee too!

The most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed in Japan”
The location is just ok, but you could grab anything from 7-11 at the corner, less than 1 min walk. The service is good, I feel comfortable with it, however, when we step into the room, we both “wowwwwwww”!! You won’t believe your eyes that you have a complete living room, bathroom, small dressing room, and bed room in the 2nd floor!!! The color is nice and energetic, the room is clean, and ... you may want to spend more time in this temporary “palace” ;) this is highly recommended!! REALLY!

This is probably the one among a few hotels in Japan with very spacious room at reasonable price!”
The only downside is the location which is a bit far from attractions & shops. The nearest convenient shops are located a block away which is a bit challenging to walk on snow during winter time.

Staff very helpful. 5 min walk to main shopping street. Very near airport bus stop. But, should have non smoking mansionette. Strong smoke smell in the room but staff very helpful to deodorizer it :)

The location is not far to subway, service is good, staff are very nice, and the facility are nice. There are AEON and 7-11 beside the building. It's a good experience in here for 2 night.

Lost items”
I forgot my bluetooth speaker when checking out. The next day i return, receptionist said no lost item was found. So i guess housekeeping staff didnt inform reception staff
