Really enjoyed staying at the Melia, the service was great and the room beautifully decorated and clean. It is well located and close to great Museums and the Gloucester Rd tube station. On my last day I fell ill and had to go to hospital. The hotel staff were very kind and I was so pleased to be staying at the Melia with its personal care.

Meliá is a very nice hotel distinguished with its friendly and hospitable staff, a great location, and a very nice cozy room. Room service was efficient and cleaning is done regularly and meticulously. I only hoped that the size of the room would be larger but I think this is the case for the rest of hotels in London!!!

Stayed for a night. The room was very clean and tidy along but very small too. The staff were very helpful and considerate. The restaurant food was very good too. Shan’s that the price was slightly on the high side. Didn’t justify the room space for what I got charged but overall good experience.

Nice place for a stay in London ”
Great location near Gloucester Road Underground Station, a lot of cafés and a Tesco,, Boots and Waitrose nearby! The Check-in was great and very welcoming! The room very nicely decorated, good size, a Nespresso machine! We liked the little setting area! Bathroom great size, big shower, loved the handsoap and lotion, a towel rail would be great! Breakfast was good with spanish items like tortilla and Churros which I loved! Unfortunately we woke up in the middle of the night by an alarm! The Reception told us that has happened bevor, I think it was a CO2 detector, but they told us it was a false alarm! This was an unpleasant experience! Overall we had a good impression of this hotel and would return!

Great location and interiors”
Location is great, right next to Gloucester Road Station and many attractions are within walking distance. Interiors are new and clean. The space is well planned, although the Cozy Room was not big, it feels spacious for 2 persons even after opening the luggages.
