Location-wise, a bit far from station, 400 meters or so from Susukino subway sta. You might want to reconsider staying here if you're travelling with kids, since it is amid Sapporo red-light district. But otherwise,it is a nice hotel, room was spacious enough, bigger than most other affordable hotels in Japan. Would consider staying here again someday.

6-8 mins walk to the Susukino station. Convenient area but the room is a bit small. Nice bathroom”
My stay is from 14-17 DEC 2018. It takes about 15-18 mins walking on the slippery snow road with luggage. The area around is full of restaurants and convient stores. It’s about 6-8 mins walk without luggage and near Susukino station EXIT 4(elevator) and EXIT 5. The bathroom is clean with good smell but the bed sheets are a bit unclean (small black stain). We booked a twin bed room, it’s a small but lovely room, it’s a bit hard for setting 2 luggages. However, it’s very quiet at top floor and good budget.

It's about 5 mins walk to Susukino station and with lots of restaurant nearby. The hotel staff are friendly, able to speak and understand English. Decent room space and excellent room service.

I selected a smoking room. We have selected from several other hotels and could rarely smell smoke. The smoke smell was overwhelming here.
