Connected to Hot Spring SPA center. Each room comes with free 2 tickets to the SPA Center. It would be better if they could provide shuttle bus to send or pick up guest fro/to the nearest Metro Station!

I've been to Busan for business meeting. Accidently I got a good deal in agoda. I payed only KRW 90,000 for 1 night. The staffs on the front desk looked a little bit blunt. But they're very kind and helpful when i asked some help. The room was old but clean and neat.

Not like a 5 stars hotel should be, will never come back again”

Booked our rooms early and the notice that the spa will be under renovation,during our period of stay afterwards.. Selected traditional korean room but was told there are temperature issues (we went during spring) few days before our stay. They got our agreement to change to a normal double room, but we were told there won't be aircon provided due to the season. Ok, if there won't be aircon anyway, why can't we stay in the traditional room? The 'anti bacterial' slippers provided were not disposable and they smells.. One of the restaurant menu is very limited with high prices. Service wasn't very good, when we forgot our room card in the restaurant and went back for it, the staff looks annoyed.. Not worth the price at all

Nice quiet location spa hotel”

The staff were helpful when I used the business centre and the ms word was in Korean! I managed to finish my document and sent out. The place has such a big spa in the hotel with massage, sauna etc. Good for relaxation. The surround has many cafes and restaurants, it's self contained. However no big malls to shop, tug need to walk about 10 min to the metro and Hk to seyoseum and dongnae stations for shopping and more eateries.

Clean and nicely furnished room with kind staff. I loved the ondol room <3 Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops, as well as homeplus, in a walkable distance. Just wish they could offer toothbrushes and toothpastes for free.. Had to run to homeplus to get them :P

There are Really nice staffs and clean room. Also there is sauna which is perfect for travel. But I had to pay for using the gym. I will choose here again when I travel Busan

A well-known good hot spring spot”

The place around this area is one of the few famous hot spring spots in Korea. One of the two most famous hot spring spots in Busan. I picked this place because this place is well-known for decades. The public hot spring is directly connected from the hotel's 2nd floor. You also can enjoy the hot spring water at your own room as they stated. It has a bit distance away from the city center, but it does not take too long as subway station is located nearby. The hotel itself is quite new and clean. I would recommend this place.

Good for a short weekend trip”

I went to with my wife. It was not very near metro station but no problem to me. There was various Korean restaurants around the hotel. The hot spring was very nice. The facility was slightly order than a brand new hotel but still satisfactory.

Bad experience of the hot spring”

The main reason to select this hotel is for the hot spring. However the facilities n services of the hot spring are disappointing. It is overcrowded and other customers are unfriendly. Nonetheless, services of the hotel staffs are very nice.

Busan's Best Spa Hotel”

Location-wise, Hotel Nongshim is not the best hotel in Busan. It's rather a bad choice if you only consider its geographic location. If you are entering Busan by train (KTX & local trains), you would need another hour to get to the hotel via subway. Nearly all tourist attractions (which are located in Seomyeon, Haeundae, and Gijang areas) require about an hour of subway/bus ride. The subway station (Oncheonjang Station of Line No. 1, Exit No. 5) is just few minutes walk from the hotel, but you would have to expect to walk along old and narrow streets from the subway exit. The killer aspect of this hotel is the spa, which, along with the price competitiveness, easily matches up with the geographical disadvantage. Spas near Hotel Nongshim are collectively called among the local people as 'Dongnae Hot Springs', and are praised for its quality. If you are traveling with old family members and/or curious about Korean spa culture, it is really worth visiting the spa. You would get spa tickets along with your stay at the hotel. If you are quite comfortable with navigating through old neighborhood and are willing to travel few extra minutes in the Busan subway/bus, this hotel is worth every penny.

No improvement ”

Front desk does not speak conversational English, housekeeping did not clear room service in cutlery in the room during cleaning, floor vacuum with bits and pieces from last night pizza crumbs, room service does not understand English and has to call back to confirm. Decor and furniture are old and worn out almost the same as I stayed eight years ago. I would have pay more to stay in a better hotel if I have a choice in Dongnae area. Not five star standard, four at best.

A stay in Dongna. ”

We stayed just one night at the Nongshim and all had a wonderful time. I booked two double rooms as our kids are older and they were a good size and comfortably furnished. Lovely toiletries though I was surprised that there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste as this is unusual in a Korean hotel. Though we arrived early the staff checked us in and we were able to go to our rooms straight away. Included in our package were free tickets to the connecting Spa which was a lovely surprise. No problem with noise though at night you do need to tightly draw the curtains as there is a lot of neon lighting. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Lots of delicious Korean and Western options plus an omelette bar. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and the front of house manger that day should be commended for her lovely manner and warm welcome. We were able to leave our luggage at the concierge who was also happy to help us with maps and arrange taxis for us. The hotel itself is in a part of Busan we had yet to discover and we will be back for a return visit.

Comfortable stay!”

Very nice stay! Everything was clean and of high quality standard. Not too far from nearest subway station, but far from beaches. Spa and lots of other amenities attached to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Great location, nice rooms”

We stayed at the Nongshim Hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. The room was large and clean. A bonus feature was that the hotel is a attached to a well known spa and is discounted for Nongshim guests. The hotel is located in a hikers haven area surrounded by great food options, large grocery store nearby and a ton of coffee shops. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the subway so it is easy to explore other parts of the city. Highly recommend this hotel to those wanting to stay in a unique part of Busan.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient.”

No WIFI in room but can just ask them for a router and they will bring to you. Checkin and out was smooth and easy. Recept staffs understand english so not too bad. Only bad are the restaurants close early probably due to cold weather. Room furniture look abit old but still accommodative enough. Pillows were way too soft! They need to improve on that. Asked for additional pillows and they gave us their traditional buckwheat pillows. Interesting. Overall still not too bad. Not sure on public transport.

Good and Comfortable Hotel ”

Location is near the subway. The room is clean and comfortable. And the hot spring is good. There is a connection bridge between the hot spring and the hotel. We do not need to wear so many clothes and bring so many belongings there. The weakness is a bit far away from the town center.
