The lobby is very nice. Our room was comfortable for three people and nicely decorated adding pleasant to our stay. The breakfast was delightful and variety of options. I enjoyed the sauna room in the cold winter day.
Good location with friendly staff”
The hotel is walkable from the train station and to most of the attractions and restaurants in the old town. The staff are friendly and approachable. The room is small but comfortable. My partner finds the room a little stuffy but opening the window a little to let the cold air in will help. The room is very basic with no kettle, toothbrush, slipper etc, but if you have your own toiletries set then no problem.. You can request for a kettle though.

The hotel is located at a convenient distance from the main train station and other areas. The team stops and bus stops are within an easy walking distance from the hotel so getting around was easy. The room was clean and comfortable which added to the stay. We booked the junior suite for 3 adults...the small adjoining room can get a bit stuffy...you'll need to keep the connecting door open for the AC to be effective.

The location is very close to Innsbruck train station and not far from the city center. The hotel is very nice and clean and comfy. Every staff are very friendly. I also like the fact that they wear tradition dress. However, even with elevator, some rooms need to walk up a couple of step up the staircase (only a few). So, please have that in mind if you are not strong but have a heavy luggage with you; otherwise, this is a very nice hotel to stay during your trip. The reason why I only give 4 star for the value of money is that I think the price is still rather expensive (though it seems to be expensive everywhere in Innsbruck). I would have given 5 stars if breakfast is included in this price. But if you ask me whether I would recommend to a friend? I would say yes.
