We had an exceptional and most satisfying stay at the hotel. The ambience is wonderful, the staff both housekeeping and in the dining area were exceptionally accomodating and full of warmth. The reception staff was also really helpful and assisted us in adjustment of bookings. Overall, it was a really wholesome experience for us, which we cherish and it will be our preferred destination for the next four years, whenever we come to Kolkata. Warm regards.

Great property in an amazing location. The room had a magnificent view. The amenities were top notch and the bathroom was royal. All the staff were extremely friendly and nice. Even though we did not have the time to access the pool, the pool looked nice and clean. The breakfast buffet spread was lavish. Highly recommended.
The best place to Stay”
Everything is well maintained from check in to checkout.staffs are realy very helpful and obedient.. Decoration, cleanliness, hygiene are at the best level...I strongly recommend Hyatt Kolkata.Thank you Team Hyatt Kolkata...
Staff need to improve”
Although everything was nice and cozy. Specially front desk ooficers was so nice and they help us from their capability. But the staff who hold the baggage in security area they need to improve theirself. They need to understamd the gueat need. We just stay one night at room no 741. When we check-out and place our luggage in hotel facilities area because we are doing aome ahopping and came back to hotel at 6;12pm for get our baggage and airport drop off service. That time one of lagguage carrier man don't facilate to open our luggage and put our shopping materials. I told him please give us some corner space in lobby area so we can put our shopping materials in our lagguage. Only that incident make us unhappy.
