เนื่องจากมีรถรางและรถบัสหลายสายใกล้เคียง การเดินทางสะดวกมากและอาหารเช้าประเภทขนมปังและผลไม้เปลี่ยนทุกวันทำให้พอใจมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีความเก่าแก่บ้างและการให้ผ้าเช็ดตัวเพียง 2 ใบต่อวันเป็นข้อเสีย แต่ถ้าไปเที่ยวปรากฎว่าจะเลือกที่นี่อีกนะคะ~!

Very good customer service for a hotel ideally located near the centre”
I would highly recommend staying at the Ibis Mala Strana. We stayed here from 25-30 May and had a brilliant stay. The hotel is a nice Ibis, only 5 minutes walk from Andel underground station. There’s a tram nearby but I forgot which number it was to go into the centre. The area is busy with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, a big Tesco and a shopping mall within walking distance. The customer service was excellent as they pay attention to detail and follow through on requests. I did ask why the room we were given was next to the lift and the female staff on duty said she could change me on the following day. She said it was a bigger room and the other one would be smaller and I liked the size and kept it. I barely could hear the noise from the lift anyway. Although the room is designed for a disabled person the toilet sat so high up!! I don’t think the room was dusted well and we found a lot of it in the bathroom. However the cleaning staff always cleaned the room without fail which is a bonus as nowadays I’ve found where I’ve stayed in hotels, they normally ask you to remind them everyday. When checking in I liked the fact that the man who saw to us was swift and didn’t allow someone to interrupt. I know this often happens with me and that is why I noticed. He also helped me and so did the other man on reception to try and locate a missing guidebook that I thought I left at the TV tower. I’m sorry I forgot both your names. Breakfast was good, and although a few more vegetarian hot choices would’ve been nice, it was decent and varied selection. Having seen the ham and cheese sandwiches available one morning, I asked one of the breakfast staff to ask for toasted cheese sandwiches for me and the chef made some for my family. The breakfast staff always ensured to top up and cleaned up quite quickly.

This is a no frills hotel located near Andel station and a shopping mall. Our room was clean. Would be good if the aircon could be on as it was quite warm even though it was autumn in Prague. Opening the windows was not an option as it was very noisy. The small fan we borrowed from the reception was not strong enough to keep us cool at night for a comfortable sleep. Do bring your own travel kettle as it is not provided.

As usually for Ibis, it was pleasant. A room was clean, the staff was nice. The view was very good. The location is good but not perfect. And I would recommend to add a trash bin in a room (it seems to be not so costly)
