CONVENIENT, BASIC BUT GOOD!”
Truly comfortable! Receptionist are always available and friendly. Good location - for muslims, halal food/restaurant (Nisha Halal Indian Restaurant) is very close by; for travelers, convenient stores very near and a lot of tour agencies that sells cheap tour are lined up around the area for you too! Lao War Memorial and the Morning Market is also not far from the place if you ever wanted to visit and drop by at the place. Good for light travelers and value for money! the hotel is ok, with each room having a little outside seating. the bathroom is a but dump but overall it's fine. the location is next to restaurant choices, convenience stores and motorbike rentals. the staff is a bit odd - on one hand sent a pick to the bus station proactively, which was lovely. on the other hand gave few misinformations like about the bike rentals, buses, etc. perhaps language barrier

I took night bus from Vientiane ， so my arrival time was very early (6A.M), so i got really really early check-in . Can rent motobike nearby guesthouse (strongly recommend ). Easy to get food around this area. Night shift can talk English . Mini mart is next door . Laundry service 15k kip/kg almost double price than the Vientiane and LPQ

PROS: Really good value for the price. Centrally located: 10 minute walk from bus station to Vang Vieng/Vientianne and local markets.. Within 5 minute walk to Cranky T's Cafe, Lao Falong, Bamboozle, and local restaurants. About 4-5 travel agencies within 5 minute walk that can arrange tours or rent you motorbike. Hot Water - I actually had to turn the water heater down because the water gets hot. Super quiet - rooms are in the back off the main road. Free filtered water - you can fill up your reusable containers with free drinking water. Wi-Fi - very strong in room and throughout. TV - Plenty of channels, including CNN for international news. No need for air conditioning if you're staying during dry winter months.
Good Location and Value For Money”
The guesthouse near to the mini van dropped off, even no breakfast is provided we can easily can the food nearby the guesthouse, I will recommend Simaly Restaurant, food is quite tasty and price is reasonable, very big portion. The only complaint is that NO hair dryer , the weather was so cold and the place very dusty, we need to wash hair everyday .
