โรงแรมนี้มีขนาดใหญ่มาก อยู่ใจกลางเมือง สามารถเดินเล่นถนนช้อปปิ้งเล็กๆ ที่ด้านหลังโรงแรมได้ ไม่ไกลจากสะพานฟูตะมิมากนัก อาหารเย็นหลากหลาย แต่เน้นแนวฟิวชั่น พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษใช้ได้ ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเหลือทุกครั้งที่ร้องขอ ออนเซ็นขนาดใหญ่ มีหลายบ่อ และมีห้องซาวน่าด้วย ส่วนห้องพักถือว่ามีขนาดใหญ่เลยทีเดียว เป็นที่นอนแบบฟุกและเสื้อตาตามิ ให้บรรยากาศญี่ปุ่นมากๆ โรงแรมนี้ทัวร์ลงเยอะมาก ช่วงบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเย็นคนเยอะ บางทีต้องรอคิวค่อนข้างนานจากอาหารบางอย่างที่ได้รับความนิยม เช่น ซูชิ ซาชิมิ เป็นต้น

Good onsen hotel”
This onsen locates at the centre of the Jozankei. The hotel provided a lot of facilities for different guests. They have games room, onsen, big souvenir shop and karaoke lounge. Everyone can enjoy the holidays in this comfortable hotel.

Jozankei is about an hour bus ride from Sapporo. The town is quaint and caters to tourists. Don't forget to check out the other onsen in the valley: Koganeyu and Hoheikyo.

A big hotel in a good location......unfortunately, we got a room on the lower floor with lousy view. Also thought traditional Jap dinner will be served in the room but was informed at check-in, that we need to inform/reserve in advance if we need in-room dinner. We had buffet dinner instead where the food variety was quite wide....... The Onsen was big and good, with an outdoor area too....soaking in the hot onsen outside was fantastic.

Very old hotel. Very overpriced during peak season winter. Room style is nice and clean. Onsen was amazing. But food served was just okay. Maybe a popular town in the past, but pretty dead town in 2023 with nothing much to do (a lot of the stores in the most tourist part of the town are permanently closed)

I stayed in twin room, smells terrible and room condition was terrible. If you want to stay in this hotel, you should book japanese style room!!!

Great value for money”
We got free dinner coupons. Dinner was a delicious fresh buffet, as was breakfast. Onsen fantastic, nice a big and clean.

The hotel location is good, right oppsite to the bus stop. Both dinner and breakfast buffet have plenty of choices, won't disappoint you. The room and the spa area are bit old.

Lovely Hotel ”
Very big hotel with onsen and a very big buffet spread for dinner and breakfast. Walking distance to the Jozankei Futami Suspension Bridge .

Good food but not luxury ”
The buffet style dinner and breakfast was good but not luxury. The price is a bit over for that. Though there was bus to pick us from Sapporo station and the staff was very kind and friendly.

More vegetarian food n better extra bed. ”
Fair. My family are vegetarian and we have hard time finding food. So we ended up eating cup noodles. There extra sofa bed in the room we had was old and not comfortable. Mattress is a little too thin
