“Simple hotel but good value for money”
The hotel was quite simple, but was a good value for money. I stayed in a triple room with a couple of friends: large room (beds and bathroom) with no aircon, just one ceiling fan. It's easy to have a lot of mosquitos bites in Sri Lanka, but the weather was quite nice, so the fan was enough to keep the mosquitos away. The bed was not fantastic, but for a budget hotel was quite ok. The breakfast was not included, I payed 400Rs for a simple breakfast (eggs, toast with butter and jelly, coffee, tea, fruits). Actually the breakfast was the same at all the other hotels I stayed (Galle, Mirissa, Ella, etc.). It's possible to walk to the Tooth Temple (1,3km) and to the city centre (restaurants, cafes, etc.). It's a long walk, but you can take the tuk-tuk for 150Rs - 200Rs.
