Perfection in the heart of Bangkok”
I stayed recently with my husband and parents in two of the king green lung view rooms (absolutely worth the extra money for the view). The room was a great size with luxurious finishes and everything I could possibly need to enjoy my stay - I really liked that we were recommended to order anything we might need from the concierge, who would happily bring things to the room. The service was perfect, with the room being cleaned to a spotless level every morning during breakfast, and the room being set up for bed every night with fresh bottles of water by the bedside, different candy every night, and the bed turned down. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay special. The only thing I would change is, given the price of the room, I expected the minibar to include some complimentary drinks or snacks. Unfortunately everything in the minibar, other than water, had to be paid for and was quite premium in price. Would I stay again? Absolutely, in a heartbeat!

We like the hotel’s philosophy and its promise of “clean means clean”. Located in the best neighborhood (arguably 😉) of Bangkok and with everything Kimpton Maa-Lai has to offer, staying here is one of our best staycations. Breakfast offered limited selections but the menu items were carefully picked. Stock.room serves the best guacamole (if you’re a fan) and housemade jam in town (try their mango and pineapple jam and you won’t disappoint). Had a few hiccups during my stay but all was resolved quickly and efficiently. We also tried a meal at the ‘luxurious’ hotel next door. Our recommendation is pick the Kimpton - we like it here far better!

Thanks Emma and Lisa for your wonderful hospitality. My partner and I stayed in a deluxe suite which included spectacular views of the hotel’s ‘green lung’ and the city. Facilities are very well maintained and modern and staff are attentive. The buffet breakfast was head and shoulders above other hotels in terms of freshness and presentation. Only minor drawback was that café downstairs (in the lobby) was very busy with visitors during our stay and there was a long wait to sit down. The Kimpton was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip to Bangkok. Would definitely recommend.

The best service I've ever received from any hotels I've stayed at. The staff was very attentive and thoughtful. They sent me an extra body pillow without me ever asking for one because I was pregnant. My husband and I only wanted a quick getaway after being under a COVID lockdown for weeks and we didn't expect it to feel quite like a real vacation. But it did. We were very impressed by the staff, the food, and the greenery.

This hotel is very spacious, clean, and luxurious. Very good to even just spend the day in the hotel as they have many different kinds of amenities as well as events. Staff are friendly and would go out of your way to serve you. Overall, highly recommend!

Stayed 4 days with my wife. The service was absolutely exceptional, they have staff, staff and more staff. Very very clean, the Pool can get a bit busy sometimes but the early bird gets the worm. I would like to say a special thank you to Nook.

Glorious Oasis in Bangkok”
We had the most beautiful weekend away with out pet dog. Everything was thought of and supplied for our dog and the grounds made taking him out for walks completely delightful. Prices are not cheap, but what you get is worth every cent. The staff, facilities and location were amazing and I will return when I can.

5 Star Hotel with a Unique Feature”
I have never seen so many dogs walking around a hotel. I did not realize this was a feature, but people bring their pets to their restaurants and rooms. There is a dog park nearby; the only hotel I know of that has this feature. I didn't have a dog, but I loved staying in the heart of the city and the breakfast was the best! I would come back just for the breakfast.
