Pleasant stay”
Simple clean and comfy accommodation in well maintained grounds and an immaculately kept swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. The property has a nice private strip of beach set back from the public beach so no hassle from vendors. Good kite school right next door (and they have a better happy hour deal). Can be a bit quiet at night in the bar with not many guests staying up after their evening meal. Food was good but not the best we had in Zanzibar Overall I would recommend to friends and family

Kisiwa on the beach is a very good place to stay for maximum 3 days (not a lot of things to visit around, not like stone town). So only chilling on the beach or in the pool or doing some kite surf, that's it. I was just a bit disappointed seeing a lot of staff working there who are not from Zanzibar (but from Tanzania), I love Tanzanian people but in order to get the history of the place or the good place to go it is a bit tough. It would have been better to have people from Paje working for the hotel.

A great find, really lovely staff ”
Kisiwa is a great retreat on a perfect spot of beach - close to restaurants, kite surfing and coffee shops. The grounds are.beautiful. The whole place is nicely appointed. Spacious and stylish cottages, a great spa, a small but well equipped gym, beautiful views from the restaurant. One of my favorite vacation finds in a long time. We will be back.

An excellent get away place from the hustle and bustle of daily life. ”
We stayed in the beach front villas, and they were massive rooms with even massive bathrooms. The beach is clean, clear water. Food is good too, sometimes the quantity feels a little small. But hey, it tastes good. Very friendly staff, polite, smiling and warm to speak to. I would go back, and if you are seeking a get away. This is it. Oh. They also offer plenty of things to do, water safaris, water sports etc.( outsourced but conveniently done)

Lovely and peaceful ”
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were very impressed by the professionalism of the managerial staff and their attention to guest comfort. We had lots of fun with the wait staff, who were lively and always joking with us. The facilities are very new so in good condition and the rooms were always keep very tidy. The pool was nice as well. Food was tasty. No complaints. :)

Fantastic except the restaurant”
Perfect location for a kitesurfing holiday, great beach, great atmosphere thx to the Kite Paradise School next door. Spacious rooms (but minimal decor), lovely beach staff (Shaibu you are the best!), very good massages at the Spa, nice big pool and efficient administration staff. I would not recommend this hotel for families as the beach would be unsafe for children due to kites flying on and off the beach + the atmosphere is more suited for adults who want to kite, chill and relax. The only low point of this hotel is the restaurant. The food is really below standards for a 4* hotel, the breakfast is always the same and the half board doesn't even include water at dinner + I got quite sick one night so hygiene can probably be improved too... The good news is that we told the manager and he thanked us for our feedback and considering his efficiency, you can be sure it will be sorted!

Fantastische Unterkunft ”
Wir sind bereits das 2 mal hier. Das Zimmer ist gross, stilvoll eingerichtet, das Personal gut geschult und immer freundlich. Wir würden nur noch hier her kommen. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber.

Gutes hotel ruhig zum relaxen”
Zimmer schön geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Strand sauber und gepflegt. Etwas abseits, für abendliche Unternehmungen muss man mit dem Taxi fahren. Kommen jederzeit wieder:))

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt 3x verlängert, wir wollten nicht mehr gehn! Das Hotel ist klein (max 50 Gäste) und sehr liebevoll und engagiert geführt.

Kleines Paradies mitten am Strand! Unfassbar nette Angestellte & Management, die wirklich alles versuchen, einem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu garantieren. Super sauber, tolle Lage (ca. 50 Min von Stonetown) und schöner Strand direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Essen & gepflegte Anlage. Wir haben Last Minute für 12 Tage bei Jerry & Team gebucht & waren rund um glücklich! Würde jederzeit wiederkommen, ein Traumurlaub.

Top Hotel in Top Lage”
Immer wieder. Absoluter Traumstrand direkt am Hotel. Nur 22 Villen, daher nie überlaufen. Hatten Halbpension. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Nur die Getränke sind überteuert und es gab weder morgens noch abends Wasser umsonst.

Hotelanlage ist schön gemacht, tolle Zimmer, gute TV Kanäle und Internet, schöner Strand und man kann gleich neben dem Hotel Lektionen im Kiten nehmen oder mit Einheimischen fischen gehen. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Küche und Service war ausgezeichnet. Zudem ist Spa und ein. gut ausgerüstetes Gym verfügbar. Ist sehr empfehlenswert. Gut für Paar-Strandferien. Die perfekte Entschleunigung ausserhalb von Massentourismus bei feinstem Sand und Schönem Pool. Sansibar eignet sich perfekt als Alternative zu Ferien in Asien wenn Regenzeit.
